Randy's Pizza — Restaurant in Durham

The delivery is poor, the customer service is poor, the overall experience at this location is poor. I have ordered from several of the Randy's location for many years now. I have turned several people on to Randys. I am always ordering for my current center and my previous center. The one on my Miami I have never had a problem with. They are great people and they always get my order right. The children from my previous center like visiting. The hope valley location That's a different story. I work at a different center now so i have to order from Hope valley location. The first time i order i asked for s chicken philly cheese steak and i got a regular cheese steak. They had to bring me another one. The second and third time i ordered the same thing happened. 3 times i got the wrong thing delivered. I call the msnager on the third time and shared my concerns and how i already have eaten my chips and drink and my new sandwich comes later. How inconvenience. The manager/owner said he understand and the next time i order he would give me 50% off my same order. He said I'm writing it down so call and let someone know. I did and the manager answering the phone said he's not here so he can't do that. I told him the story he said I know but you need to pay full price. Then he did the most disrespectful thing ever he hung up on me. Was very nasty on the phone. I called spone to someone else he said I'll tell the owner to call you but guess what three days and no phone call. Do not use delivery and the hispanic manager is really nadty and rude. They have lost the business of my school and my family. I will go pickup from Miami blvd before ordering...

I was excited to try this location that was close to our home after having incredible food from a location near my office. Being gluten free, I had been super impressed with the size, taste, and price for the one I had previously had.

This location fell short in multiple spots. Nobody looked up or even acknowledged me when I walked in despite there being only one other customer waiting for their order inside. Our boxes were covered in burnt dust that even the employee tried to wipe away as he handed me our order, he just walked off not saying he was grabbing the rest of our items.

Remember the GF pizza I was excited to try? Yea, it was TINY! The size was not advertised anywhere when we ordered but it didn’t even measure 10” when I checked at home. They barely touched it with a cutter; the slices were either tiny and tore at the crust leaving all of the toppings to flop off or 1/3 of the size of the pizza with the remnants of the flop slice. The other pizza we ordered was also haphazardly cut with massive slices and tiny slices. I also found pieces of sausage in my pizza - the only meat I ordered was bacon because I cannot eat beef but alas there was a beef product on my food.

Thankfully the food tasted good but was not nearly the quality of the other location I had had. Take some care with the food you serve. We already pay a premium and then for it to fall short is rather disappointing. We will stick to our regular place down the street...

How can be possible wait over 45 minutes for pizza it’s unbelievable lots of people behind me get their food before me could you believe that ????? That’s unprofessional service, after 30 minutes I went to check out my order and they told me will take 4 minutes to get my pizza and was not ready yet, they served other customers coming quite after me and served before me . That’s really unprofessional for this location. I’m really upset with your employees. I came and tell them I have been waiting over an hour for a pizza and the employees said that’s normal ( when I came was really slow and hasn’t really quite orders behind and after me started get busy and other people got their food before me that’s not acceptable. Really dissatisfied about your service. I’m working at restaurant business and you know what customer deserve . I ordered before 6pm and they gave my pizza at 7 pm and the employees were so rude when I complain about the second time to asking about my pizza , I will never come back and also I never recommend this location to my...
