Messed our food up 3 times when we called to request a refund the "manager" hung up on me. When I came up to the store the manager told us she watched them make our food and that actually picked the onion and tomatoe off our sandwich. Like honestly in the amount of gas it cost to drive up there 3 times I could have bought 3 heads of lettuce and a bunch of tomatoes. She also told us she is the manager and she can not give us a refund unless her GM or district manager was there. In the amount of time we sat at that window and how many customers they told at the speaker, that they aren't excepting orders, they lost soooooo much more money than a slice of tomato and onion. Sometimes it's worth it to prove a point and others it's not. I guess she called her boss and whomever told her to give us a refund because she was rolling her eyes and finally went into the Register and had another employee give my husband his money, not before she looked at us, rolled her eyes and turned the computer away from the window so we couldn't see that she was actually capable of giving out a refund. She legit let us run up her service time bring her numbers down and turn over 7 cars away just so she didnt have to refund us the price of a burger not even the while meal which was cold by the time, but $6.49. Hillsborough rd should pick different managers. DO NOT go to this store if you want your food right or if you wanted to be treated like a valued customer. You will...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I ever had at a Wendy's. I had a mobile order. Only to arrive at the drive thru window and have them tell me they were out of lemonade (later saw almost every worker had a cup of lemonade) and I had to cancel my order in order to receive a refund. I tried to explain, that I ordered more items. He said he knows but he's unable to give me a refund on my drink without me cancelling. I couldn't cancel the order because they had already processed it on their side. He said call customer service and get out of line. So I went to the mobile parking spot and tried calling but there was no answer because it was a holiday. I was on hold listening to elevator music for almost an hour. So I go inside and explain that no one is going to answer probably because it's a national holiday. He begrudgingly made my order incorrectly and then actually got mad at me when I pointed it out. My order specifically said no pickles and I had pickles on my burger. It was like the manager was mad at me for asking for my food that I paid over $15 for. I get that he was going through other things but there was no need to take it out on me. The manager was rude. That's wild to me which further explained the culture at the restaurant. Plus when I went inside it smelled funny. No one was washing their hands regularly and touching food without gloves. I threw the whole meal away and went down the street to Chick-fil-A. I'm never coming back to this...
Read moreGave this location a second chance after terrible food and service so rude. This time made my Oder, but he was outside so couldn’t put Oder in, asked me to repeat order,, he said ok pull around, no confirmation, I ordered a Dave’s double combo large with sweet tea and a large chili. Pulled around again asked me my order. Paid, handed me my bag, I asked for some crackers, we don’t have crackers. He handed me my drink. Closed window, I needed a receipt. Got receipt. Drove down the rode, my drink was not tea but coke, opened the bag my chilis lid was laying in the bag, and only had my fry’s. No Dave’s double, made the 3 mile loop back, pulled up to window, woman hands me a bag without asking what I was there for, I guess they realized they didn’t put the burger in bag. I drove forward and thought I better check the bag. Guess what not my burger, it was a bacon cheeseburger. Drove back around and the guy said what’s up? I told him what I had ordered vs received, he said just a moment then came back to window. We don’t have any meat cooked please pull forward to wait! Nope I’m out. Not again. How can corporate not do something about these...
