Darci's Dinky Donuts & Espresso — Restaurant in Duvall

This is my regular coffee stop and I’ve always been satisfied with my experience, but this review is prompted by what I witnessed today. A customer was egregiously rude to the barista because of a tech issue at the menu/speaker. They could have simply pulled forward (they were at the front of the line) to order, but instead sat there a long while and then pulled up to the window fuming. The girls at this stand are exceptionally kind and friendly, especially Kyla who was working during this, and it is not acceptable to yell at them until they’re in tears - leaving a heartbroken barista keeping it together for a now long line of backed up customers.

I personally love this stand and give their staff 5 stars. In case the lady who accosted the barista today has the idea to leave a review, I want to make it clear that she was the problem.

This is about the Duvall location, not Monroe. I went there today with my little granddaughter having previously gone to the Monroe location for years with my daughter and loved it. Today the business was staffed with one young lady with long, dark hair at the window and one young lady with long blond hair working as barista. Neither wore hair nets or had their hair tied back. Both were flicking their hair out of their faces and the drinks and food. Definitely not good food hygiene! The donuts were made fresh but the sugar toppings were just thrown in the bag with the donuts and did not coat the donuts, resulting in plain donuts with all the cinnamon and sugar at the bottom of the bags. WATCH OUT FOR THE BAGEL DOG. i come here regularly and they're pretty consistent on their service. the dinky donuts, the biscuits and gravy, the french toast bagel, all crazy good. service has also been nice, they've been quick to fix any mistakes

HOWEVER they need a warning on their bagel dog. last time i was here i ordered a bagel dog (cus why not idk) and it spilled sausage water on me before i even opened the container lid?? why was the bagel dog that wet? i don't know. all i know is that it SPILLED even BEFORE i opened the LID. I BARELY EVEN TILTED IT! the bagel dog was just place perfectly so that any movement Would make it go out the side and onto my white tshirt.
