McDonald's — Restaurant in Dyersburg

Today is 8/27/2016 we went to McDonalds Hi I felt compelled to write this because we are not prejudges people. And I do come from a mixed race family and we have friends of all races even though, I don’t expect your employees to know that because I’m white. We are from gates we always stop in on our way home from Dyersburg but after the forth incident in a row. 2 totally messed up orders we decided just order the 1 dollar sweet tea’s so we ended up waiting over 20 minutes for 4 drinks while they just handed there black customers their drinks so I just figured it was just 1 prejudges employee, and just blew it off. So we stop on our way home today at about 9:10 AM or so, the exact words I used was, we just getting the sweet tea’s I just need 4 of the 1 dollar drinks you have on special so we waited and when my bother watch the woman look at him and crushed the receipt that said 289 on it and throw it away without giving us are drinks, he called me over because I had the receipt so at first she insisted we already got them. the second girl that crushed the receipt said just give them their drinks we were handed 4 small drinks I said we ordered the sweet tea’s at that point the woman took our order said, you ordered 4 1 dollar drinks so that’s all your going to get is the 4 small drinks. The place was very busy and after 25 minutes the only way she would have remembered my order is if they singled me out in the first place, (2) the customer is always right. I realized their trying to bait me in saying something to give them a reason, to go off on me, but I wasn’t going to be that stupid. So I get to the car hand my daughter her drink, which is mixed race by the way. She said dad where’s my iced tea, so I told her what happened she wanted me to stop. So she could give them a piece of her mind, so I told her if you do, it justifies them for doing it in the first place. She did get really upset. But I say to you they don’t know who I really am so going after me for the color of my skin is wrong!!! Or does it real matter to them, just maybe the color of my skin is a good...

So I ordered via mobile order@ 5:08 pm: upon arriving I went to curbside #3... I sat there and waiting 35 mins and no one came out with the food that I ordered. So I decided to pull around threw the drive threw to see what was going on. Once I told them I haven’t gotten my food they said “we brought it out there and you weren’t in the correct space”. No, NO ONE came out them doors. Not even for the people sitting next to me that ordered a mobile curbside order too. So I tried telling them what I ordered. The woman in drive threw second window didn’t listen to me. So they told me to pull up to the third window. This is @5:45 pm. I pull up and the young man brought out the incorrect food because the young lady didn’t listen to me at the 2nd window. So I pulled threw the drive threw again because I received the incorrect food. They made me park at the 3rd window now it’s 5:59 pm. I FINALLY received the correct food, but everyone was super rude, would not listen to me, and took way to long to bring out/correct an simple order. I usually never have any issue but this was beyond ridiculous. I was understanding and not rude and received terrible customer service because THEY got my food incorrect. It’s ridiculous I spent right at an HOUR at a “FAST” food place. Definitely will not being going back...

This is probably the rudest McDonald's I've been to, and that's saying something. The kid at the counter didn't greet me and literally was horse playing with other employees while taking my order, which he got wrong and was awkward the entire time. Then when my food was at the counter, a woman asked my order number and after I gave it, and I asked where I get my drinks because most McDonalds give you cups. She snapped rudely at me that she said they were coming, which I did not hear her say. The other employees made it loud in there, she was soft spoken, and I have hearing loss. I informed the manager of how rude his employees were and he didn't say a word back to me. He literally stood there like "And?". To to it all off, they didn't even give my niece and nephew their Happy Meal toys. This circus is a joke. The only reason we came here is because we were in town visiting family from out of state. If this is how people from Dyersburg treat people, I can't get home...
