We enjoyed a delicious early lunch from Ajeen Bakery. The service was very friendly and helpful; they explained the dishes and took the time to help us with our choices. My friend and I shared 3 mana'eesh, the spinach, the zaatar, and the lahm bi ajeen (spiced ground beef and lamb). The spinach one was not my favorite (too much pickled onions for my taste) but my friend quite enjoyed it. We both liked the zaatar mana'eesh, but our favorite was the tasty lahm bi ajeen. The lunch was reasonably priced: less than $30 for the 3 mana'eesh plus two desserts. The place is small with only 3 or 4 small tables for two, so we chose to bring our food home.

As a Jordanian, I’m super picky about Middle Eastern food — and this place blew me away. The hummus? Creamy, rich, and exactly like what you’d find on the streets of Amman. The manakeesh? Fresh, warm, and perfectly baked with that nostalgic flavor I grew up on. It’s rare to find food this authentic outside of Jordan, but this felt like a bite of home. You can taste the love and tradition in every detail. I’m officially obsessed — this spot just became my go-to comfort fix.

Absolutely love this place! My family is Lebanese and we have been waiting for a good manaeesh place to show up in the twin cities! Their bread is delicious, the staff is incredibly kind, and the overall taste and quality of the items are authentic! If you are looking for good middle eastern manaeesh, this place has you covered. Bonus points for being on doordash and uber! Thank you for coming to the southern suburbs!! 🫶🫶🫶🫶

I have to say it outright, I wasn't sure what to expect when I was walking up to the door but I absolutely love this place. I walked in and it was a little slow due to it being pre dinner rush. I was immediately greeted by the staff. They were extremely friendly and provided plenty of suggestions on which items to try. I picked the zaatar, meat, and the white cheese manakeesh with a side of the olives. I didn't get anything to drink but all of the drinks looked great and will try them next time. While waiting I decided to look at the other side of the shop which had some middle eastern items for purchase such as dates, desserts, etc. A nice addition. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my order in total. All of the manakeesh were flavorful. The zaatar was on point and the spices they used in the meat (lamb) was insanely flavorful. The cheese was also good but not my favorite of the three. I will definitely visit again and I'm excited to try the...

We decided to try this bakery on a whim, and this place exceeded our expectations. The mananeesh breads were PHENOMENAL. They make fresh hummus, and the tastiest desserts, and fresh juices. We honestly tried a little of everything, and everything tasted so fresh and healthy. We had a pleasure of meeting the owner, and hearing his story of opening this bakery to bring his culture and food to our community! It's exciting trying different foods and is refreshing to have something different to try rather than your typical chain stores. We...
