Leeann Chin — Restaurant in Eagan

I've been going to this location for about 4 years on and off. It's been up and down since day one, but in the last two years it has rapidly declined in terms of quality of food. I get the same order every time: grilled burbon chicken, veggie mix, white rice, 2 egg rolls. In my experience during my last 8 out of 10 visits: chicken was under cooked, pink, and rubbery; veggies are either under or overcooked, unseasoned, often old / wilted / rotten. Even the white rice is sometimes overcooked or just old / not fresh. Eggrolls are inconsistent in terms of cook, filling, size, skin crispiness, etc. Never had any issues with staff. Some have been there since I started going here and they are nice / friendly. Shame because the 2 out of 10 times that everything's done correctly its spot on but just can't recommend this location based on overall, and especially recent, experiences.

I would give them a 0 if i could. After placing my order the cashier gave me the wrong total , I tried to tell him that was incorrect. He argued with me then asked the manager andshe told him i was correct. After eating almost all my food i see a small black thing that looks like poop with hair on it mixed in with my rice.I called and then took it back and explained to her wat happend. She immediately replaced the food but then tried to justy rudeness i received earlier. Aftering giving her my point of view... This is one of our go to’s for fast food, and normally, the food is ok and the staff very friendly but today, I ordered the firecracker shrimp and it was AWFUL. I’ve never had shrimp jerky before but I guess today is the day that Leeann Chin decided I should. The shrimp was chewy, dry, shriveled up and the outer layer fried batter is overly covered in the sauce/syrup and fried to the point where the syrup has hardened. The ends are like taffy basically,
