Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Eagan

Ordered from here on 02/19/2022. Haven't been to this location in a while because of how bad service was before. They only do online orders at this location. I put my order in about 1.5 hours before picking it up. Pick up was fine but when I got home the order was wrong. They messed up on the kids' meals and my burrito was the size of something you would order at Taco Bell. Nothing that resembled a Chipotle burrito, and definitely did not resemble a Chipotle burrito that had double meat (which is an upcharge). The "large" chips and guac was wrong as well. The "large" bag of chips had maybe 10 chips in the bag and the guac was small not a large. I drove back and spoke with the supervisor, and they remade the order but still messed up on the kids' meals. I ordered chicken quesadillas and they gave me beef. They finally made the correct burrito I ordered and gave us an actual large chips. So I am happy they fixed their mistake. But since eating that burrito I've been sick. You could clearly see the supervisor was irritated by my complaint and this location moved their online order prep area behind a wall now so you can't see them making anything. I can't confirm they sabotaged my burrito. I did see the supervisor go over to the cook and whisper something in his ear and then proceeded to tell the people that were waiting for their food that the wait was because of me. I've never been sick from Chipotle so this is very odd. Then I find out this location closed early on 02/20/2022 due to "cleaning". Don't know if that is a new mandatory thing companywide or because this place doesn't maintain a sanitary environment and needed to be shut down for the night. Won't be going back to this...

Everything about Chipotle on a whole has gone down hill after covid. Chipotle seems to care more about hiring “diversity” staff members over employees who ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT. Nobody who works at chipotle cares less about their jobs, the food they serve, or making customers HAPPY and satisfied with their experience there. The restaurants are always FILTHY dirty, trash filled until it’s falling all over, food prepping area looks disgusting and never neat and clean, employees look like they hate their jobs and definitely behave like it. And every single time the food looks thrown all over the place. When you get your order it’s guaranteed to be a MESS! And guaranteed to get it made WRONG. They just do NOT care. They also barely give you any food anymore. And again this is at EVERY LOCATION since covid. Chipotle has completely lost everything that once was good about it. I wouldn’t be surprised if the entire company goes under. Continuing on like this is a guarantee that it will one day be ancient history. I never want to step inside another Chipotle for as long as I live. My 10 year old used to BEG us to go here. Not anymore. Even he is disgusted by the food and no longer wants to eat it. Honestly WORST chipotle ever I went there today with my friend paid 33$ for two bowls one drink, to start off I had asked the employee who was making my bowl of there was white rice she said in a couple minutes I said oh okay that is fine, she proceeded to put brown rice and didn’t even ask me if I’m okay with it, I didn’t say anything tho. We paid got our food and ate there as we were eating we felt hard CRUNCHY pieces of rice we kept eating it thinking oh how weird the rice was so bad and crunchy that it would get stuck on ur teeth, it was like just eating rice straight out of the bag. We debating on bringing it up to the manager but we did he had told us that chipotles brown rice is usually crunchy rice????? Like pleaser search it up it saids chipotles brown rice is not crunchy and I have never heard of crunchy rice before like what? He told us that the rice is supposed to be like that we asked him if he could try it because we have gotten brown rice before it had never ever been crunchy and hard. The other employees were being rude about it and kept making faces and laughing to one another saying the brown rice is supposed to be like that. Honestly it was just horrible we came to them very polite we ended up throwing the bowls away because we just couldn’t even eat it, the manager did not want to refund us back but eventually told us he would there are also are complaints on here about their rice that is just horrible.
