The staff was friendly and the important thing was we got what we wanted. However... and perhaps this is something the corporate office should think about more carefully because I could tell the staff was trained to think this way... I ordered a nonfat vanilla white mocha and the gal taking my order as well as her boss/associate repeated it back to me as, “oh, so you want a northern light?” I looked at the menu and saw that Northern Lite Latte is a separate menu item (with no description next to it. So, I said, “no, I want a nonfat vanilla white mocha.” They discussed it for a second - we paid and waited for our drinks. When they were done a different gal called out my name and said Northern Light...! So I said, “I ordered a nonfat vanilla white mocha.” She rattled off the ingredients when another gal came up and said “there’s skim and there’s Northern Lite... So frustrating and...

I leave, get into my car (parked in front of the store front window) and the older lady felt the need to look directly at me and start dancing. Whatever is going on, maybe leave it at the door of work to get upset over you making a drink wrong and take it out on a guest that is lactose intolerant (yes, I can handle the caramel in...
