Arby's — Restaurant in Eagan

The The Arby's in Eagan MN has been terrible for years - continuing the national trend of surrounding progressively worse meats in sauce (for Arby's) and lettuce and other stuff for burger joints.

The Eagan Arby's is the worst of any I've been to - and since I have been a Roast Beef lover for may years - this is a big disappointment. (Remember when the Roast Beef hung in a roaster in the middle of the dining area?)

They slice their beef way too thick and it's usually very greasy and barely warm. (For a few years, Arby's beef has been getting worse, with a heavy - greasy taste nationwide.) I guess I could gussy it up with delicious Arby's Sauce but I usually only use the sauce on the Potato Cakes -- Yum.

I was pleased to see the PC's were back and made my first trip in months just to get them. The PC's were severely under-cook (typical for this restaurant) and gooey inside. The Roast Beef was greasy, sour tasting, and barely warm.

The Eagan store also serves their both type of fry's very underdone. Their curly fries are almost always cold. And they tend to let them sit in the basket too long. Minnesota Arby's continues to be terrible - even with the return of Potato Cakes.

Because I really liked Arby's in past year, I go back once in a while out o positivity ---...

It was so filthy. There was food and crumbs on the floor, tables, and front counter. It was about 10pm so I can only hope they were busy earlier and hadn't had any chance to wipe tables or sweep the floor, but the front counter? Drake the night manager took care of us. The food took quite a while. Then Drake coughs over the tray of food. I asked that it be remade only to extreme attitude, but it was done. Food was cold. Ate it anyway since hadn't eaten all day and at that time of night most fast food places are closed and they were closing also. Drake told the crew not to clean up just put food away and do quick wipe down and let Brad and the morning crew take care of the rest. He then came out and emptied trash cans and went back to help another customer that had come in WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! I will be calling corporate and telling them about all of this. Next time I come to Minnesota they will not be to a food stop. I'm hoping that I won't be dealing with food poisoning later. Wish you could give...

I really hate to write this as the staff was so nice. I didn't discover the issues until I got home. I ordered the new rib-eye sandwich meal, the reuben meal, and the french dip. On the plus side we did actually get the reuben. Whatever the rib eye sandwich was supposed to be it in no way resembled anything but overcooked roast beef slathered in some slimy white colored sauce that ran everywhere, and the french dip was hilarious we got the dipping stuff but no sandwich. The rib eye did not even vaguely resemble the picture. Ordered two crinkle fries, and one curly fries. Got two curly fries and one crinkle fries. Ordered a medium jamocha shake and my wife, who loves them, couldn't even figure out what it was. She thought it might be some kind of vanilla shake. Ordered a medium sprite. It was pink and odd tasting. On the plus side, the container of white milk I ordered was actually included! A total...
