KFC — Restaurant in Eagan

I’m so annoyed and frustrated with the Eagan, MN location. First early January, I order my food as normal- a #5 plain, with a Pepsi, fries and dipping gravy. They put Mayo and pickles on my food so I called so ask for them to remake my food another day as I was on break. The manager said fine and “wrote” my name down. I go back o the 7th for my correct food and they said my name wasn’t written down. So I get in an argument and they refuse to give me the DM’s number so I called customer service to file a complaint. No one called me back. Fast forward to today, another $9 lost. They gave me my food incorrect AGAIN and when I called the manager said she doesn’t mark things plain on the register and she listens in her headset and said I didn’t ask for it plain. I ask for her to talk to the gentleman who took my order as he ALWAYS does and knows what I order, she refuses to do so and hung up on me. I called customer service again and they claim they are sending me a voucher. As of now, no DM has reached out for an apology. No one will give me their names so I don’t even know who the manager or DM is. This location is horrible. Why would I order plain food if I didn’t want it plain? The first time my husband and I and our 2 year old came here to eat at the buffet they only charged for me and my husband. The man that rang us up didn't mention anything so we assumed they didn't charge for kids to eat at the buffet. However today when we went the woman helping us told us that they do charge for my 2 year old to eat. I declined the buffet but my husband wanted it and so I just ordered something from the menu for me and my 2 year old to share because she doesn't eat much anyway. When the woman called my order I walked up and she was talking loudly to another employee saying if she sees my 2 year old eating off my husbands plate she's going to charge me. I looked at her confused because I SPECIFICALLY ordered something from the menu for that reason. Then she's watching my husband like a hawk as he's getting his food from the buffet and the people at the registers are staring at us. Even an older man was walking around checking on my husband as he's eating. We will never be back at this location after the incident that...

I looooooove KFC. The one near my house closed down years ago and I did shed a few grease filled tears. (I ate there WAY too much) Sadly the Eagan location has a pretty limited menu. No hot wings! My chicken flavored kryptonite.

I digress, the reason for my trip this time was for their french fries! Oooh baby! If they're fresh they are amazing!!! I think there was a break down in communication and they gave me two large fries. I'm not complaining because I do love a challenge. But that's a lot even for me. The large is a pretty respectful amount, two is a waste of money. I put the extra into my fridge and air fried the leftovers the next day.
