Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Eagan

Update: The coffee is usually OK at this location. The espresso is sometimes watery. However, it’s very convenient because it’s in Byerly’s and you can get the fresh Byerly’s baked goods and food while you have coffee. This location has experienced some staff turnover recently and quality has suffered. Also, they sometimes totally abandon the store for 10-15 minutes to have cigarettes, which has forced me to lower my rating. I contacted the Caribou corporate office but nothing was done to correct the issues with employees abandoning the store...
