My husband went to Lund's specifically to go to Hissho Sushi for some poke bowls. They did not have any created, but the menu and the advertisements publicly placed gave the impression that you could order them, when we attempted the workers behind the counter said that they weren't available only on Wednesdays (today was Wednesday). I took the answer and continued browsing already created foods by them. I picked something out and decided mochi would be nice too since they had a lovely advertisement on display right next to the sushi rolls I picked up. I told them I was interested in getting some mochi. They told me that those were also not available on Wednesdays (today is Wednesday).

If it was a matter of not having enough of the ingredients for other things, the establishment should have removed the advertisement for those menu items and publicly displayed a sign that specifically says that those items are not available on Wednesday.
The overall impression I received was that the kitchen staff just could not have been bothered to make any of the items aside from sushi today. I overheard a Lund's employee come over and ask the staff for them to make a bowl for them by 3 and the staff agreed. Overall very...
