I wish if I could give 0 star. I was in the store today with my wife and our 5-month-old daughter shopping for furniture for our new home. We were greeted by Jonny Flynn, and after explaining what we were looking for, he allowed us to browse. While we were discussing a sofa we liked and a rug that was on sale, Jonny became very pushy, pressuring us to make a purchase immediately, even though I told him I would return the next day. At that point, his attitude completely changed. He became rude and disrespectful, particularly when my wife asked about the rugs. I initially brushed it off, thinking he might be having a bad day. However, he then said, “I know you won’t come back tomorrow, and I’m not going to give you any deal if you don’t buy today.” I told him I would purchase it at full price tomorrow, but he continued being agitated and disrespectful, insisting that we had to buy immediately. When I said we would return on Tuesday and purchase, but wanted to buy the rug now, he flipped his hands dismissively, walked away, and told us, “I’m not checking you out. Ask someone else to do it.” When my wife asked to speak to his manager, he responded, “Don’t yell at me,” even though she spoke calmly. We felt humiliated, disrespected, and judged as though we could not afford the items. That is not how customer service should ever be. When we spoke with the manager, Adam, he excused Jonny’s behavior by saying he works on commission. But that does not justify rudeness, disrespect, or discriminatory treatment. Read moreI would like to take a moment to one of the amazing employees here at this store. I had such a great time dropping by to look for some chairs for my dining room. I wasn't quite sure what exactly I was in the market for, but Tarah saw me and must have guessed that I needed a little bit of guidance on what would look the best for my setup.
Tarah was so knowledgeable, she was able to help me sort out exactly what would look the most fitting for my dining room. She wasn't pushy and she was super patient with me. I will admit I was a little unsure of exactly what I was looking for for the room. But Tarah had no trouble giving me all kinds of creative ideas.
Tarah was kind and so energetic. Very friendly and willing to work with me while I figured out the best look for the room. Her customer service is top notch. Other stores usually couldn't care less when I enter the building. But today Tarah truly made me feel welcome and appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back and I'll be telling all of my friends to stop by whenever they have furniture needs.

His level of patience, which I’m sure I tested, was unbelievable! He went over and above, not only in helping check for immediate availability, but also walked me through each step of the process making sure everything was 100%. I was extremely lucky that David was the person who answered the phone for me. He took the time to answer every question, addressed all my concerns and even followed up with me the next day to ensure I was still confident in my order.
