I know things are a bit odd right now with restaurants being largely closed during this health pandemic so I ordered take out yesterday to help support restaurants and the staff they employ. Well, I'm not sure if I'll ever return to this location. Right from the start it was a terrible experience. First, the online ordering experience was completely broken (not the stores fault but felt the need to call this out). So I call into the restaurant and place my order. I arrive at 6:35 pm to pick up my order (was told it would be ready by 6:30pm). Right when I open the door some employee comes out and starts yelling at me that I can't be in the restaurant as there is a max capacity of 5 people. Ok, cool, I get it, this is the current state of things. That said, how was I to know how many people were in the restaurant? Last I tried, my psychic abilities still weren't working. So this guy kicks me and two other people out and walks back into the restaurant leaving me and two others standing outside wondering what the process to get our food would be since there was no instructions or information other than the very impolite employee who kicked us outside. So, I wait outside for about 10 minutes until another customer leaves and doing some advanced math I determine that there should now be 4 people inside so I go inside to check on my order. Someone else comes and helps me, I pay and she tells me that my food will be ready in a few minutes. I go back outside so someone else can go inside without being yelled at and wait for another 10 minutes. At this point it is 6:55 and well past when my order was said to be ready. So, I go back in and ask on the status of my order and it's as if they forgot about it. So I wait another 10 minutes and finally get my order and leave. Well, once I get home I realize they didn't even get my order correct and forgot the second order of fries. And the cherry on top was all the wings were cold as if they had been sitting on a counter for 20 minutes (they probably were given they seemed to forget about my order).
I normally would have called to try and fix my poor experience but didn't really feel like dealing with anyone there again after how I was treated initially.
Overall, it was a terrible experience leaving me not want to return. I'd recommend spending money at other local restaurants to help then out during this time as there are many great...
Read moreWow, some of the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered takeout over the phone. The girl on the other line was very obviously new and struggled a bit through the order but she was friendly. She said my order would be ready in about 30 mins., so I got there in 35. When I arrived, I provided my name and they couldn’t find my order. They asked who took my order (does anyone ever know?) and I said I don’t know her name but it was a girl. They asked me to hold on as they went in the back. A girl comes out and says “you said I took your order.” I replied, “I said a girl took my order. I don’t know her name but she sounded new.” The girl then says “oh, I know who it was.” They said they will have to scroll through all of their orders to look for mine and if it’s not there, they will have to make it. They couldn’t find the order so it will take 10 mins to make. I reluctantly asked them to make it. I provide my order and again and then was asked to pay full price. I asked if there’s any discount for the mix up. The guy replied with “well, I would have to get my manager” in a tone that sounded like that would be asking him to do something he doesn’t want to do and is extra work. I paid and suggested that getting your manager is the right thing to do. In the end it took 65 minutes to get my food (35 more than what was said), but it was the customer service that was upsetting and why I’m leaving this review. They sounded annoyed from the get-go, accused me of calling the wrong store and was asked to provide the number and time that I called to make the order, and there wasn’t a single apology. No one that interacted with at the store was responsible for my order not being accounted for (turns out the new girl on the phone didn’t put my order in), but they represent the company and should have a little (or a lot) better customer service skills. On a positive, the food was hot...
Read moreI placed an online order for BOGO Boneless wings then realized I forgot an order for someone in my office so I placed a second order. Wanting to be proactive to be able to pick up both orders together I called to ask if they could put both orders together.
The gal that answered the phone informed me that they only received the second order so I asked what I could do to get them the first order as I had the confirmation e-mail from BWW and an alert from my bank that there had been an online purchase. I was told that there was only one order. So I acknowledged that they were only seeing one order at the time but again asked how I could make sure they got the first order.
She put me on hold to aske her manager then returned and told me that they only had the second order. One more time I asked how I could get them the first order as I had all the confirmations. She was extremely rude in repeating "I spoke with my shift supervisor and we don't have another order for you". So I asked her if I should just alert my bank to dispute the charge and she said I should since they did not have the order.
I then placed my first order again as I still needed all the food.
When I arrived to pick-up I was asked if I had placed an order twice and I said I had because they had told me they didn't have the first order I placed. The same gal that I had spoken to earlier was at the host stand and she still had a sour attitude. I also could not read her nametag as it was smeared.
The food was subpar to have such a hassle to get the order done right. Dry chicken and sauce just blobbed into the container....when did they stop tossing the wings in the sauce so they are...
