Update November 24: we won’t return to this location anymore. The guy making the treats will never mix the toppings. Everything is in blobs on the top. Disappointed considering how much each cup of ice cream costs. I’d rather go to culvers down the road.

6/19/23: stopped by today to get a like it with half cake batter with frosting and half pistachio with white chocolate chips mixed of. The lady making it adding snickers, which I made her remove so she removed that along with part of the ice and didn’t replenish it. It’s fine. However, the ice cream was melted by the time we payed for it! And we noticed that the toppings were not mixed in properly at all. Beyond disappointed and will not be returning in the near future. Changing from 5 to 1 star.

Update 3/24: ordered 2 creations and 2 create your own items. The premium creations hardly had any mix ins, which was a let down. Had I known, I would’ve ordered just the create your own because that is at least cheaper. The items were not mixed in well also - all the toppings were in the bottom alone. :( delivery by DoorDash was also horrible.

Superior customer service, and the owner is a kind individual. Placed an online order via the Cold Stone website today (Mother’s day). However, due to a mishap on DoorDash’s side, our order was not delivered. I contacted the store for resolution, and the owner personally delivered my order. Will definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Mr. Owner, for making sure we received our order today. We will surely be back in...

My daughters birthday is in two days and she saw a cake from Cold Stone that she fell in love with that she wanted. I went to order it on-line and it was not offered. I called the location closer to my home in near Rosemount area and was told they no longer make the cake I wanted, was not offered another solution and basically "hung" up. Decided to call the Eagan location and am so glad I did. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ankit, who was extremely helpful. He told me that it is not offered to order on-line but he would be more than happy to make it for me! Went through the process, he made suggestions, offered additonal insight into colors, etc. He was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I won't pick up the cake for a couple days so haven't tasted it, but Ankit deserves a huge thank you and recognition for truly making her birthday...

I’m writing this as I sit across my friend who is still enjoying her full cup of ice cream and after I have already finished my cup after 3 bites! When I was ordering I requested the flavor that I wanted and patiently waited for the worker to scoop my flavor and move to the toppings bar.

Instead, he placed a scoop of ice cream in the cup and placed it on the counter. When I expressed that I wanted a topping, he seemed annoyed that I was requesting for something I was more than willing to spend my money on.

After I got my cup, I realized that I only received half a scoop and it barely filled even 3/4 of the cup up meanwhile the other worker properly served my friend with her order. I was shocked at the lack of service and the lack of consideration. I love Cold Stone but their prices are cheap and I’d like to get the full experience and the most out of what...
