Do not support this location. This Dominos is horrible and the franchise owner is so unprofessional.
Two weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas, two drinks, and a dessert for a family where the mother was/is very sick with four very young children at home. I had originally planned to home-make the dinner, but my husband and I had to leave out of town on an emergency so I thought that calling in pizza would be fun for the kids and easy for me to still help out. I asked her when they liked to eat dinner and she told me it was at 5:30. So, 24 hours before the scheduled dinner time, I placed my order online to be delivered around that time (5:30 PM the next day).
Five hours before the scheduled delivery time, I called the location and spoke on the phone to confirm that the food was going to be delivered at the time and that they had received my order. They indicated that they had, and it was scheduled to go out at that time. Well, imagine my embarrassment when this family called me TWO hours after the scheduled delivery time, wondering if I had forgotten to send them dinner and if they should just find other plans.
The delivery was two hours late. When I called the Dominos to ask where the food was, the response was, "Well, it's not here anymore so I guess it's on it's way."
I decided to call corporate to get a refund on the order. Corporate was helpful and sent some sort of message or call to the Eagle Mountain location, letting them know that they needed to reach out to me and to address the situation. Two weeks later, I have not received any call, whatsoever, from the owner or team of this location. I called corporate again, and they escalated it to some sort of regional manager. Hopefully I'll hear soon from them and they will make this right. Dominos is my pizza of choice but I will NEVER support this...
Read moreThe pizza is good enough, but the customer service and online ordering are absolutely terrible. I placed an order online and specifically chose the dominos nearest to my current location. I also specifically requested text verification.
Well, text verification didn't work, the tracker was worthless too. I had no idea when to pick my food up. No email, no text, no estimate. Finally, when the tracker said it was ready, I went to pick it up. Well, it was made in a different store than the one that I specified. They sent me to another location, who then told me to go to the Saratoga Springs location. After an hour of driving around, I expressed my frustration at the store and calmly explained that their app messed up, then the other store messed up and I wasted an hour driving around from store to store. He told me that this happens sometimes. So...they know that the system is broken, but don't care to do anything about it.
Long story short, I got the pizzas, and they looked exactly like you would expect an hour old pizza to look. If I wanted old pizza under a heat lamp, I would have gone to Little Ceasars. The email finally came to tell me that my pizza was ready. I told them that I didn't want old pizza. They offered to throw them out and make new pizzas, but no discount or anything for wasting an hour of my Friday or my gas. As if I wanted to waste another 20+ minutes after an hour long run around. No apologies, no future discount. Just an hour long scavenger hunt for stale pizza and disappointed kids. Horrible experience.
Not my first bad experience...
Read moreWow. I didn’t know it was possible to have such a negative experience at a pizza joint. We showed up and waited in line behind only one person. After she got her pizza she stood to the side to let the workers know she had been helped and we were still waiting. We had a woman come ask us how we were doing, after we answered and started saying our order she walked away. After that it took a bit for someone to take our order. It was total chaos in the store even though we were the only unhelped customers. We were not upset at all at this point. As we waited for our pizzas we sat down very visibly to the employees, they definitely knew we were in there. They all began playing with pizza toppings and had horrible language. We heard a couple f bombs dropped (amongst other curse words) as well as another employee telling his coworkers about his losing his virginity. This is absolutely not okay work conversation, especially if there are customers!! They were only 2-3 people actually working out of the 8 that were there. At this point there had been more customers in and out. As if this all wasn’t enough, the manager was in the room the whole time. A female employee answered the phones at one point and was trying to take an order over the phone, other employees that were standing around were yelling over her shoulder to try and distract her or to be funny. My only regret about this review is that I can’t leave 0 stars. Ridiculous experience, definitely don’t bring your kids here if you don’t want them hearing...
