I HAD AN EMPLOYEE TRY TO PUNCH MY CAR WINDOWS IN AND RIP MY DOORS OPEN BECAUSE I REPEATED MY ONLINE ORDER NUMBER LOUDER (after she didn’t hear me) Here’s what happened:
Ok, so... It's McD's, so no one's expecting a life changing culinary experience, but since it's McD's you'd think the food would taste essentially the same as any other McD's. Nope. I've eaten there a few times now, and the food is just bad. Every time it looks like it's been thrown together — not appetizing. Grabbed a burger right at the lunch transition, expecting it to be fresh. Nope. Unseasoned patty, super soggy bacon, pickles in a pile, a few shreds of lettuce on half the bun... And this is what I've come to expect from this location. Not to mention the price for the burger I like is about 40% higher than other locations where I've bought it.
The few times I've used the drive thru, there are 2 pick up windows, yet each time I've been sent to wait around the corner — for what seems like quite a long time. In that situation, you'd think the food that's coming is gonna be better because it's fresh, right? Nope.
The lobby and dining area are clean and look nice. The staff are friendly when they interact with you, but I think they're lacking training. Most recently, my burger was in the bag partially unwrapped, and there were spills all down the side of my cup.
There's no soda fountain in the lobby (which is actually a big minus for me), so I waited at the counter to top off my drink...and waited...and waited...and... I didn't want to holler back to the employees, but several of them looked right at me and kept chatting with their coworkers. When I was eventually served, the employee was courteous, but I had asked for a top-off, and instead they dumped out my drink and filled the whole cup. I'm sure that normally that would be preferred, but it's not what I asked for. I wanted the top-off to be of a different drink then the original because I like a mix, and you can't order that on the app, and when I've requested it in the past the employee seems to not know what to do with my request. Again, this wouldn't be an issue if they had a soda fountain in the lobby like every other McD's I've ever been to.
Overall, the people there are nice, the food is disappointing, the lobby looks clean.... And no soda fountain ;) I think I've learned my lesson about...

Not even something I had to think about, the drinks have always my entire life been good at McDonald's. In fact I go to McDonald's because their soda is the best and better than other places. This location is consistently giving me bad drinks, it is unbelievable. So unbelievable that I am sitting here writing a review on google about soda (1st world problems, am I right). I don't think it's me asking for something and they bring me the wrong thing either, their soda machines are just off. Diet is coming out of the regular, consistently to the point that I refuse to leave the drive thru line until tasting it now. On one occasion I tasted it -diet not regular Dr. Pepper, I asked for another one thinking they screwed up and pressed the wrong button- asked for another one, same thing. I thought I was going crazy (It didn't taste full diet almost like it was half diet half regular but definitely tasted off) and my tastebuds were off so I asked if I was the only one who has complained about the drinks and he laughed and said, "Oh no, we get complaints all the time that are soda's are off." Other times it's not the diet mixed up for regular but watered down or missing carbonation. It's not just Dr. Pepper either, I've had it happen with Coke and Sprite. Another annoying thing about this location is the drinks are not self serve, you have to go to the counter and ask for one, which you get ignored and sometimes just forgotten about. Once they guy took my drink to get a refill and I never saw the guy again and had to ask someone else only to be given another bad soda. The odds of getting a bad soda are no joke 50/50 at this location. I don't know how it works with who touches the soda machines but they need a new soda man or maybe new machine,...
