Taco Bell — Restaurant in Eagle

The lunch crew is very rude and messy. Was in the store around 2:30pm. Ordered on the mobile app. Gave me wrong items from my order and missing items. Went in to correct the order with them, there was 0 customers in the drive through or lobby and they made me wait 10 minutes at the counter for them to get off their phones after already going through the drive through. When I address the problem they wrap it up with "oh well" and refuses to correct their mistakes because their lazy. Lobby and kitchen had puddles of water everywhere to where it smells like mildew. They have messed up orders several times and just don't care. Why is this place even open? Management needs changed quickly. This review is coming from an experienced general manager...

We asked the cashier if the Mexican pizza was flour or corn tortilla (even though we were pretty sure it was flour but just checking) she didn't know. We ordered the variety pack of 6 regular tacos and 6 locos tacos . It took super long to get it and it was all regular tacos. So I went and told them. He made me bring six tacos back even though we opened them all and he then just threw them in the trash. Then we waited and waited for our locos tacos, and finally went up again. They had forgot. Then they weree half filled. Got one apology and a lot of confused looks from the employees. I know it's fast food but this was a terrible visit with an incompetent staff that desperately needs...

Today i took my son he went to place his order an the cashier named Armando old guy told my son to get out. My son came out crying, i asked were is your food an he told me that the guy was rude to him an told him to get out. So I went inside to confront him and he didn't know what to say . All he said was I come from another store and I told him I don't care were he came from he should not be treating kids that way. He was shaking by the time my husband an I were done telling him how he needs to treat Customers. Hopefully his manager Martha does something like never bring him back to this location cuz every one...
