I have the worst experiences here. I have ordered from here several times and every single time I order something is messed up. I could look at every single one of my online orders and tell you exactly what was wrong with them. It’s pretty bad when my order got messed up and the employee who brought the what was supposed to be fixed order, knew our food always gets messed up. I’m just saying, I never knew it was so hard to look at an order and make it the right way or follow the instructions. I’ve spoken to the manager and it’s been resolved when the food gets messed up but it should be made right the first time. As an example, I just ordered yesterday and the guy that brought my food was shaky and it was so bad that he tried to juggle getting my food out and holding the clipboard with the paper i signed, and he dropped my boyfriend and i’s food, right in front of our faces. yes he felt bad and i called and they sent it out again and gave us a two liter of soda for the inconvenience. tonight, we ordered again and we got the same delivery guy. we watched for when they pulled up because we have dogs and they bark loud. we watched him throw a cigarette out onto the ground in front of the house and then grab our food. first of all, i don’t care if your touching our food or the box, that is disgusting. second of all, he was very rude and unprofessional. he walked up to the door staring my boyfriend dead in his eyes like there was a problem. them, he handed me the clipboard and i signed the paper. then he grabbed the clipboard and grabbed the food out of the bag, handed it to me and walked away. i just wish some people could learn to maybe be a little more courteous and maybe a little more professional when it comes to someone that’s making...
Read moreI decided just to post the email I sent to Domino's instead of rewriting my frustration. Hi, I was trying to contact the district manager. Domino's New Holland Pennsylvania location. I frequent Domino's a lot. In fact, I tip your delivery drivers very well. Even when it took 1.5 hours and the sparky attitude from the manager. Tonight I ordered a pizza for my son while I was at the store. I forgot to add the tip so on my way home I stop by to drop it off, A female major team running out from the back saying that she tried to call my phone twice which she did not, I had a Bluetooth in my ear and I was two blocks away from the location so there was no phone issues. She just did not call me. Superkids, tell me that my 15 year old son cussed out. Her driver because he was a few minutes late. I told her he absolutely would not do that. In fact, I have cameras at my home. Which proved that my son did not do that. My 15 year old son has elder Stanley soon. Dream, hes afraid there even say hello to someone let alone cussed them out. Infact, I asked my son what he said before I verified it on the camera. The man said "have a nice day." My son said "you too." Took and signed for the pizza and closed the door I'm assuming that he was p* because he didn't get a tip at that moment. Right now I regret even dropping off $7 tip For a $20 order.. For a jerk who lied about my son to get himself out of whatever it was that he was trying to do with his own boss. AND a manager who came running 🏃♀️ 🤔 👀 out the back just to tell me how my son is in the wrong with her condescending tone and look...
Read moreTo preface this review, I am a traveling pizza reviewer. I have been to over 200 different pizza establishments in 42 different states. I decided to try out Dominos pizza for the first time while visiting family in New Holland. I called in and was greeted by an extraordinarily friendly staff and ordered a large pepperoni pie and bread bites. My pizza arrived to my house extremely quickly and I was greeted at the door to a handsome man named Matthew. I asked Matthew to stay while I sampled my first bite, to give him an in person review of my pie. I took the first bite and gasp at how amazing the flavor was. My gasp of amazement caused me to inhale a large chunk of Dominos delectable pepperoni pizza pie into my throat, blocking my air way. The handsome delivery man sprung into action giving me the Heimlich maneuver with perfect form. Matthew then reminded me of the importance of thoroughly chewing my food. If it were not for Dominos and there skilled delivery staff, I would not be writing this review today. All in All I give...
