I Was A Former Employee Of This Restaurant, Employees Are IMMATURE !! They Bully Each Other , Talk Down On Each Other , It’s All Smiles When Customers Are Around But Once It’s Clear It’s Hell. I Was “Terminated” The Day Before My Last Day Because My Car Broke Down & I Called Ahead Of Time To Let Them Know I Was Going To Be An Hour To Two Hours Late, Coming From My Doctors Appointment For My New Job , You’d Think The Manager Would Understand The Stress & Anxiety I Was Having Being Stuck In The Middle Of The Road With A Car That Was Completely Stuck & Unable To Move , But What I Got Was “Well This Is Considered A No Call No Show, Your Job Here Is Terminated.” Imagine Being Stuck In The Middle Of The Road With Oncoming Traffic & You Call In To Your Job To Let Them Know What Is Going On That’s What You Get. The Managers Are In Their Early Or Late 30’s-40’s+ & Talk About EVERYONE!! It’s Just A Sad Toxic Unstable & Miserable Work Environment. Managers Have Favorites & Are Extremely Two-Faced. It’s A Work Environment Not A High School, If You Want To Apply I Wouldn’t Consider It , The Pay Is Amazing But If You Want Your Mental Health To Go Bad Don’t Apply, They Have “Work Group-Chats” Where They Talk About Everyone They Don’t Like Or About Anyone Who Doesn’t Kiss Up To Them. If You Stand Up For Yourself Or Treat Them How They Treat You , You Get Sent Home Or Laughed At Or Talked Down On Like You’re Nothing, Imagine Treating Human Beings That Bleed The Same Blood , The Way They Do ,...
Read moreCome here regularly enough as it's local. I either have an awesome time or an irritating time. I've found that my order is messed up periodically or instructions for items ignored or entirely missing food. It's fast food and I understand, however the trend has been that the larger male manager is always there when I have trouble. Tonight I had to write this review though because I found I was missing a sandwich when I got home. It was for the wife so I ran back out, went inside to the counter, and patiently waited to catch someone's attention. THE MANAGER looked right at me, turned away, grabbed his headset saying, "hi can I take your order" and just stood next to the window. Thank goodness for the young woman working for him that night, she was quick to help me replace my missing food and be on my way. But always, ALWAYS, with this guy. His body language screams "I don't care, I can't wait to close, and I don't really want to be here" everytime I'm here and he's here. I just want to come and enjoy my visit.
Any other time I'm here and he isn't I find my orders well handled, the staff is literally smiling more, and I NEVER have to come back. I'd love to get in touch with McDonalds directly about it.
Maybe next time I'll read his name tag, that is if his back isn't to me making an obvious effort...
Read moreAbout a week ago went there ordered a quarter pounder meal with bacon had to wait for my food to be brought out. When they brought the food out, I looked in the bag. There were no fries OK so I drove around the drive-through and let them know. They gave me fries when I got back to the house open my food only to realize there was no bacon after calling there that evening And the manager saying that if we came back, they could fix it. We went back well guess what they gave us another sandwich with no bacon after going in and just getting bacon to put on the sandwich ourselves. We finally got what we ordered so again we went to that McDonald’s just last evening. And ordered the same thing Guess what after waiting for a food once again we got a sandwich with no bacon. The lady took our sandwich in and they put two pieces of bacon on it and she brought it back seriously after telling us that there’s a lot of kids that work there that’s no damn excuse. Maybe if the manager stopped talking to the workers in the evening and make sure the people were doing their job we’d actually get what we’re paying for Old McDonald’s have kids working in them. They don’t mess up that much. I thought Columbia McDonald’s was bad. This one is probably the worst one I’ve been...
