Every time I come here, I’m reminded why I always go to McDonald’s next door instead. McDonald’s puts this place to shame. Sucks, because Wendy’s food is objectively superior to McDonald’s, but the food quality and this location is hit and miss and the service is just bad all around.
Tonight was just like every other time I’ve been to this Wendy’s. McDonald’s next door is poppin, and the drive thru line keeps moving. Tbh they are on point over there, always fast, good food, and friendly. Meanwhile, I pulled into Wendy’s completely empty parking lot. I pull up to the drive thru, where I am greeted promptly. I tell them I’m here to pick up my mobile order, to which the employee grumbles a reply, “pull up.” I didn’t even understand what he said. When I said what, he grumbled louder, “pull up!”
The employee Wendy at the first window completely ignored me, rude. I pull up to the second window where, where the employee who took our order is prepping drinks. He sees me pull up and swiftly disappears without a greeting or acknowledgement, only to re emerge from the back when our order was ready.
We had a decently sized order for three people, which took about 6 minutes or so. Not the worst time, but you would expect the food to be good for waiting.
While I do appreciate them giving me an extra order of fries I didn’t order, the food was sub-par as usual. I ordered during prime dinner time (6:45 pm), not late night or anything like that.
There is a reason that this Wendy’s is ALWAYS empty and McDonald’s is always busy. Normally I prefer Wendy’s food to McDonald’s (except fries… Wendy’s are a close second though), but this location is just sad.

I ordered the asiago ranch chicken club combo (lettuce tomato ranch cheese and bacon)- spicy with no tomato [ I don't eat mayo or tomato] they let me know it would be a 6 min wait on spicy. The employee brought out my food and I drove to work only 5 min away. When I checked my order I realized it was a regular spicy chicken combo (mayo lettuce and tomato [ again I don't eat mayo or tomato] and not the asiago ranch. I didn't check it at the restaurant bc , although slow, they usually get it right ( well at least on day shift). When I went back they apologized and said they would fix it. I waited about 7 min. The employees came out apologized again and went back inside. As I am checking the new sandwich I noticed that it is still wrong. This time it had no bacon. Wendy's charges more for this sandwich specifically bc the cheese and bacon. I didn't have time to go back for a third or my money back because I didn't want to be late for work and would eat it anyway bc I needed something b4 my graveyard shift. Read moreThis place used to be one of our favorite and go to fast food places in the area. We would end up visiting this location weekly. We loved the food and found the quality of the food and the employees really great. That was before.
The past year or more the quality has gone down hill. We've gotten wrong sandwiches...don't have the condiments that we've asked them for, we've even had one situation that the burgers were pink. Some of the stuff we've gone to the management about and the apologized and tried to make it right. Some of the stuff were minor annoyances that we've left go. The last straw came this week when we ordered a burger among other items. My spouse bit into their burger and then proceeded to tell me it tasted off so I tasted it. The burger tasted yeasty like the bun was about to go bad. We replace the bun with bread and it tasted normal.
Like it was said this was the last straw. It was the combining of lots of little situations. We won't be coming back for a long time. Basically until we've heard from others that this location has improved. We don't trust reviews cause the employees have asked us to take favorable surveys so that the location has better ratings.
