I stopped in at the subway because of the convenience of the drive-thru... I ordered two subs then drove to Liberty went in side to sit down and eat.... major disappointment..... I ordered a BLT which I believe is supposed to come with eight strips of bacon on a footlong... 6 is probably enough... but I also ordered extra bacon for an additional fee... when you're craving bacon there's never enough.... I opened up my flatbread sub which was a foot long two three strips of bacon on each side..... so I use the number on MapQuest to call them and all I get is a fax machine ringtone..... after reading other reviews I see that the manager always request the sub to be brought back... how inconvenient to drive all the way back to Pendleton Street after a long hard day at work.... so I ate the sub🙁... I'm leaving this reviewed and hopes that the manager will read it and educate the staff as to the amount of bacon that belongs on a BLT and then the amount of additional bacon when someone pays for the extra. I must say this is the first bad experience I've had at this location and I visited it a half a dozen times.... I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for... so all the other times my sub was fine but I paid for it to be that way... maybe I'm still just a little hangry....but come on subway...
Read moreI like Subway, but it was laughably absurd what happened. We ordered through the app a meatball sub with pepperoni, a pizza sub, a coldcut and a BMT. When we got home the meatball sub was just pepperoni and cheese, ice cold. No meatballs, no sauce. And the pizza sub had no meat or pizza sauce. It was some veggies and some odd sauce that looked like french dressing. The BMT was missing a few condiments but still edible, and the coldcut was ok other than oceans of mayo. We called for a refund on the meatball and pizza subs and they said bring them back and they could make them again. No refund. So we drove back to the location. There were 3 young employees. We could barely hear eachother over the rap music blaring. They were nice enough but mostly incompetent. They made our subs while we had to basically explain to them how to make them, even with the receipts in front of them detailing the order. They seemed untrained and overloaded. No manager in sight. In the end it was ok but the meatballs were a little overcooked. I think this particular location needs some better leadership and...
Read moreI ordered to the wrong subway and I called them numerous times to cancel the order. The line was busy and when they answered I was hung up on. Then when they did answer, they refused to refund me because they sandwich was already made. I explained my situation, which is I am unable to pick up the sub because it’s not near my job and by the time off they’ll be closed. The manager didn’t care and said she’d put my sandwich in the fridge for my to pick up in the morning. So much for “eat fresh.” I’d either like my sandwich made fresh or a refund. Subways new policy is unfair especially when you don’t have a way to cancel orders online and if you do, you don’t make it easy. Quite frankly I feel robbed. I honestly wouldn’t have had such an issue with all of this if the manager would’ve been reasonable with me. I felt like I was more hospitable than her and I was the one being...
