The the Employees and manger working on 1/14/2022. I am a former manager and crew member. I recently dined in doors. And I can say without a doubt that this was the worst experience ever. And if a secret shopper came in this night. You definitely would not have passed. As we walked in. No body looked up to greet us. There were peanuts all over the floors. And every single table in the building was dirty. There was no ketchup in the ketchup pumps. There were no peanut holders in the box of peanuts. There was no enthusiasm what so ever and everyone looked dreaded to be there. I put all blame on the lack of quality control of the manager on duty. As he did not give out ticket times. Patty count or check frys and orders as the went out. The fry's were literally burnt to a crisp and not really edible at all. I took pictures of the food if they would like to see what they were serving. And I could tell the other guests felt the same way. My food took almost 17 minutes to get to me. The manager acted like he did not want to be there and didn't give any type of direction towards anybody. The burger was prepared flawlessly but the morning shift had flattened the patties to the size of a piece of paper. And they were not juicy or cooked like they are supposed to be and was a dry burger And maybe you guys should hold a seminar for grill and frys again. Alot of potential but no effort from the manager. Huffed and puffed at the fry guy. He saw the dark black and burnt frys going out and didn't care

This was our first experience at a Five Guys, and we were pleasantly surprised! Opting for the bacon cheeseburgers was a wise choice as they were delicious and the toppings were just right. I decided on the Cajun fries while my husband went for the regular ones. In my opinion, the regular fries stood out more due to their ideal balance of saltiness and crispiness. Overall, Five Guys is a fantastic option for those seeking a higher-quality burger compared to typical fast food establishments.

If I’m going to satisfy a burger craving, I might as well go all out, right?? I went here last night and decide to get the little hamburger (which isn’t so little depending on the toppings). The service was good, the wait time for food preparation was about 7 minutes, and the food was tasty. The cost for one burger was almost $8 but it was well worth it. The store was clean and service was good!

This is only the second time I have ate at five guys and the second time was just as bad as the first. It started with the women with a fake wig taking my order she kept scratching herself under her wig while she asked if she could help me it was so gross she kept scratching her head and picking her skin then wiping it on her clothes she did not even have a hair gaurd on. She kept touching her skin and hair the wig looked so fake and it was bothering her, I was hoping she was not going to be making my food. No plastic gloves on her hands either. The hamburgers were made on the grill even though the signs said all fresh Hamburger meat they were frozen patties. Let me give you a clue, fresh is not frozen. Fries were so grease the bag was wet from absorbing all the greese, the food was below average. I do not...

We dined outside and was met with a hostile manager after finishing our meal. There were umbrellas outside at the tables one that was up and one that we raised. After our meal two older ladies came to dine outside. The manager came out and proceeded to verbally discipline the ladies for being under the umbrella. She said they were broken (even though they worked just fine and nothing appeared broken) The manager then took all the umbrellas down, including the one providing shade to the older ladies. My family came over to defend the ladies but the manager continued to be hostile and took them all out of the tables and put the umbrellas to the rear of the store and said Five Guys did not have money to fix them. The way she treated those women was absolutely...
