I recently dined at LongHorn Steakhouse, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, and I was impressed by the selection of high-quality steaks. I opted for the Renegade Sirloin, cooked to perfection with a mouthwatering blend of seasonings that enhanced its natural flavors. The sides were equally delicious, especially the Loaded Potato Soup and the fresh, crisp salad. The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. The attention to detail and the personalized service made all the difference. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was superb, the atmosphere was delightful, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse for anyone looking for a fantastic steakhouse experience. I will definitely be returning for another memorable meal.

We were gifted a gift card. We decided to go for lunch and both ordered the Longhorn porterhouse steak with a side loaded potato. We ordered the Texas Tonion to start. This is basically the well known onion appetizer from another well known steakhouse. Longhorn refers to theirs as petals because it is served differently. The second picture shows what it looks like. This is served with a creamy dipping sauce. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they were served warm and tender enough to cut with a fork. My hubby also ordered the Perfect Margarita. He said it was a good drink. We also ordered their side of their Steakhouse Mac & Cheese which is made with applewood bacon and tons of cheese (4 types). We came home with so much leftover, we ate leftovers the next two meals. All this totaled right at $100 which was the amount of the gift card. Definitely recommend and we will go back.

Updated review for June 2025 : Pros : - I went at lunch time (2pm), and was able to be seated right away. - Beautiful atmosphere - Good lunch specials for ones not trying to spend a lot. Cons : - Our waitress was horrible. They wasn't busy at all, but you couldn't tell with her absence. She forgot to give us silverware, and straws. Had to end up asking another waitress to ask her. - Gave us way to small of a to-go boxes, also not a bag to carry it in. - Didn't pick up previous dishes. So we had a full table, even with stacking. Overall : This restaurant is a good restaurant. The food is 6/10. I'm still giving good stars, and tip, even though the waitress could use a lot of work before working at a fine establishment.

I would like to preface this with the fact that everyone was friendly, from the managers to the servers and staff. All of our interactions were really pleasant and i had no problems there.

Sadly the same can't be said for the rest of the experience, which went as follows:

First off, we were removed from the waitlist, as we were standing inside the restaurant waiting in line for the host desk. Nobody called our name, and when we get to the front to ask for our reservations, we weren't on the reservation list because we hadn't arrived at the host desk within 5 minutes of our reservation text (?) Which we had receieved...while standing in line.

Whatever. It's Saturday night, they were busy, that's fine. Mistakes happen and we can wait. I didn't even see the text until we were outside heading back to the car to wait anyway, so I will accept partial blame for this, as had I shown them the text maybe this couldve been avoided.

So we wait about 45 minutes for our table, not bad for a Saturday, and we finally get to it and our server (who was very pleasant) arrived to take our drink orders. We were told bread was running a little behind. Again, no problem. We order a beer, a glass of wine and ask again about the bread when she brings us waters about 5 minutes later. Still a little behind.

25 minutes later, we get our drinks. Over half an hour in we finally have our bread. Thankfully we had already put our order in, which came out about 5 minutes after the bread did.

But sadly, our order was wrong. I was missing a side dish, my fiancé got the wrong steak which was overcooked, and also had cheese on her potato, which we had specifically asked to not be included. The shrimp with my steak were practically room temperature.

This, coupled with the overall food quality not being the highest and the original seating mishap, lead to a not-so-great experience. I don't leave low reviews often, but nobody can improve if the problems aren't brought up.

The seating situation needs to be worked on. The girl announcing seating for parties is using a voice appropriate for a public library in a crowded steakhouse on a Saturday night.

The staffing issue is apparent. There were very few servers and staff for the sheer amount of people. I know it was Saturday, but the restaurant should know it's Saturday too and make the necessary preparations.

Half an hour for bread is kind of unbelievable. We were there at 6pm. Running out of bread that early on a Saturday is a logistical oversight.

25 minutes for (very easy) drinks is also kind of unacceptable. It was crowded to be sure, but not "25 minutes for one beer and one glass of wine" crowded.

Again, everyone was very polite, but we will not be returning. I imagine it's a better experience during the week, but I'll be leaving that to the...

Went today (Saturday) for lunch. Was not super busy , waited 10 mins to be seated. Service was VERY slow. Took about 15 mins to get drinks and we ordered while we had her there. We were a party of 3, we got chicken wings and two burgers. One ordered med-rare and one medium. It took about 20 mins and we got food. The "med rare" burger was RAW!! Not even "rare"...like you could reform the patty! The "medium was also too rare but not raw. Returned both once we found waitress again. Then we watched plates of burgers passing by our booth....no burgers still....another 20 mins, another waitress brings a burger and fries for my husband. He said that he ordered soup with it, not fries. She takes it away. Another 20 mins or more later...my husband asks our waitress to see manager. A manager comes out again, 10 mins later with THE SAME burger and fries on a plate! NO apologies, nothing. Puts it in front of my husband. Still no med rare burger that our daughter ordered in sight! My husband cuts it and it's COLD, still undercooked and fries are hard and cold. Just disgusting. Daughter is STILL waiting.....nothing! Husband catches a waitress and asks for manager again. It's another 20 mins or so....he comes out with a to go box!! Apparently with our daughters meal in it! Just bizarre. My husband told him, "No, I don't want it, take all of this back and we are paying for chicken wings ( which were okay, but not great) and 2 drinks we had". Manager just stood there and then said, "No, you're good, just go!". In a rude way, like we were irritating just wanting 2 cheeseburgers! Such a simple thing. We waited over 90 mins after sitting and left having to go elsewhere for lunch!! We've been here a couple times with friends and while service was slow, food was good. This was just AWFUL and staff was completely uncaring and oblivious. Manager was seriously just rude. People could get sick from undercooked/raw burgers. I understand that med-rare is pink...but not RAW and cold in the middle! How hard is it to cook a burger?! Very aggravating and disappointing visit! We will not...

If I had to sum up this trip in one word, that word would be "disappointed." Wife and I went there for lunch today and ordered a burger and a salad. The salad was okay, except for the missing bleu cheese crumbles. Not a big deal, merely a small inconvenience.

Her burger, on the other hand, has significantly more issues. First off, the good: the burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We had specifically asked for no bun since my wife is gluten intolerant. The burger, as you can guess, came out on a bun. We immediately asked the waitress about it. She responded perfectly about having it taken care of. Unfortunately, taken care of simply meant them removing it from the bun. For my wife, that was fine, she's only gluten intolerant, not with celiac's.

Once the waitress returned with the burger, we noticed that there was no bacon (which was an upcharger or we wouldn't have cared) and that her fries were cold. Not slightly cold, but completely cold. The waitress returned and we asked her for a side of bacon and a fresh side of fries. She was quick to comply, of course. Within just a moment or two, she was back with what we had requested. The fries, this time, were perfect. But the bacon was cold. Again, not cold like it had been sitting around for a couple of moments, but cold like it was straight from the low-boy.

I was a little shocked when she brought the bill and my wife's meal was still on it. I would have expected some proactive discount, at least half off. Instead, this left me having to face the conflict of asking for my bill to be adjusted, which I completely hate doing. The saving grace, however, and the reason that we will return, is that they did immediately take care of it once asked. Every restaurant deserves a second chance when they respond correctly. I sincerely hope to come improve this review after...
