I am still waiting in your lobby to pick up food that said would be ready in 30-45min… we’re at the hour mark and still not ready. Other customers complaining they’re still waiting for their food and sitting over 30min. I know this location is new but EVERY OTHER WORD I am hearing out of the staffs mouth is “I’m sorry about that” So orders are being messed up, you have a bunch of young persons working with no proper interpersonal skills. Also telling people they need to pay extra for ranch when they’ve been waiting PAST their ETA of food being ready. Like give them the ranch. It’s chaotic and people are leaving and then coming right back in because something was wrong with their order. Y’all should probably do more training before opening a business. I didn’t even have to try the food yet that’s not going to change my review. You have customers joking telling people “hope you’re not on lunch” or “y’all better had ordered as head… I’m still here” I know they’re trying and some are young and learning but y’all are NOT PREPARED to have this volume of customers. Probably if you paid staff better or actually cared about training I can see this place doing well. Good thing y’all don’t have an in house dining area. Not sure how long this place will last 🤷♀️
EDIT::: got home… food is eh. What I would expect but nothing fantastic. Wings are not crispy and my hubs chicken tenders were cold. Granted we got carry out but for just picking it up as soon as it was ready in the bag I was hoping it wouldn’t be as cold. Especially for living right around the corner from it. I hope things change for this location but definitely not going back. I’d rather drive all into Greenville for wings...
Read moreIf you can get past all the ignorant door dasher orders about the food being cold and you actually go pick it up yourself you’ll find the food is HOT FRESH AND SO WORTH THE MONEY! Watching the workers constantly pushing out orders as people line up around the block like it was Black Friday in 2019 is truly inspiring, add to the fact when they give you your food they take the time to say “Thank you so much and have a great day” words you haven’t heard from even the best McDonald’s since May 2nd 2001. This place was packed when I went and I was so impressed with how clean the kitchen was and that they had more than 1 employee working! I’m leaving this review as someone who just went inside to get said food for his wife and tried 2 wings to which I was sufficiently blown away like the strongest wind from the most fierce hurricane of flavor, constantly pushing and pulling my mind from ohhh and ahhh to glutinous greed of wanting more but unwilling at the time to express that small win it would be to my gorgeous wife. I’m all for giving bad reviews where they are due but this particular Wingstop deserves none of it! Read moreToday I went to this place I ordered online it told me 16 to 21 minutes for my food to be done in this time I had got my food and I had got the wrong food I let them know standing there, waiting on my remake everyone in the store had something wrong. They had miscounts and done the wrong food for everyone. I Use to be assistant manager and while stating there I could’ve rearranged and fix everyone’s order less than 10 mins! The order there were six people standing on one side, doing everything and still reading every single ticket wrong is ridiculous. I could manage this place with my eyes closed and that’s how sad the people that was in there working was yelling at each other and not even working at a team I can tell no was trained on anything I even asked the cashier in the front do anyone in here know how to give a refund she said no! That was ridiculous. It needs to be changed and they need a manager right now, no one in the store knew how to do a refund and when I asked for one, whoever the man was said, I will get my refund in seven days. How!? How can I get a refund in seven days and you didn’t Ask for my receipt or a card to give me a refund back this place is sad and need to be checked! And still ended up with the wrong food...
