About a month ago my mother and I visited Poke Bros for the first time. We do ALOT of delivery gigs and weren't expecting to miss dinner the night we visited. It was around Christmas time so orders were backed up and we realized every thing we could actually eat (strict vegetarian and vegan with allergies)was about to close. It was a few minutes before closing and we made a last minute decision to eat here. This franchise was family owned and they were very patient with us (we had many questions) and despite us ordering minutes before they were about to close they served us...even after my mom decided she wanted a bowl last minute AFTER I had mine and they'd already closed. (I've worked in the food industry for 10+ years so I knew what it felt liked when customers came in at closing time). They went above and beyond our expectations, explained the menu to us thoroughly, the restaurant was spotless, their attitudes and energy was very welcoming and they made sure we ate good! We are very grateful and can't wait to visit again. It's service like this makes you have a favorite location in the food chain...
Read moreFirst let me say that I absolutely love Poke Bros, but the costumer service at this one is absolutely horrible. I made an honest mistake of ordering food from this location so we called the store to get a refund. We ordered from This one in Easley but we meant to order from the one in Simpsonville. The employee answers the phone at the store and tells the owner about the problem and the owner screams at her in her Foreign Asian language and relays back to us that we can’t get a refund because the food was already made. They tell us to call a number online but we’re vague on details on how to get our refund. So we scramble through the receipt online and found a number to call and a lady in the customer service put us on a three-way call with the store and Got us half of our refund that we still haven’t gotten back. These people were very rude and I was borderline about to call the store and cuss everybody out for how we were treated. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Easley. My husband & I both work in costumer service & we know that its not how it should have been handled. It was an...
Read moreI have to edit my review since my opinion of them has changed drastically. This will be my last visit.
I ordered the Duke on lettuce, as usual, and asked for all salmon and tuna since I don’t like the shrimp.
The lady pictured said fine and then carefully measured out one HALF scoop of each meat and called it good.
I naturally protested since I’ve had the Duke before at other locations and they are usually more than happy to give me one and a half scoops per meat, for a total of three scoops of meat.
She stood there and argued with me about it in something approaching English, but not quite there. She consulted with her compatriot in her language, and he was non-commital and unconcerned.
The verdict was that I get what I get and if I don’t like it go away.
If I were in a position to leave I would have, but my wife had already ordered and sat down. So I paid 15 dollars for almost nothing, and left hungry. I...
