I was coming here every morning. Then their drink machine stopped putting out syrup for the Dr.Pepper. When I came back the next morning to ask for a replacement the young woman checking me out told me to go ahead and pay, and pull forward. She said she was sure the manager would give me a refund. I said, honestly all I need is a replacement but a refund would be fine if she wanted me to go-ahead and pay for my current order. Then she tells me they are out of sweet tea again for the 3rd day, no problem, I said sprite will be OK. So I payed and pulled forward to wait on my food and drinks. Then she comes outside with a drink in hand and tired to give it to me. Confused, I say, I already have a drink. She tells me this your replacement drink and I told her that I didn't need it now after having the drinks I had ordered and payed for. I said I don't mind coming back tmrw and getting a replacement drink. Coming here every morning it wasn't an issue. She told me that her manager probably wouldn't be OK with that. I said OK and got out of my car, after waiting 15 minutes, to walk inside. The young woman who I was just speaking to got an attitude and said under her breath OK and chuckled. I didn't respond and continued to walk inside and ask for the manager. I explained to her the situation and she glady put my name in their book for a free drink. I don't see the issue there was to begin with. It is little things like this that can set people off. I don't care about loosing a 3 dollar drink but I expect respect from everyone bc they expect the same from me. Yall need to do better. #BadReviewRant...

When I went inside after having to wait almost 15 minutes for one biscuit and a hash brown interacted with a very rude employee/manager. Was told I couldn’t get my money back for what THEY overcharged me and that they are understaffed? I don’t know how being understaffed has anything to do with overcharging your customers. Continued after this to call was rudely hung up on twice by their “manager” and was threatened they would call police on me for “harassment” all because I called requesting a refund. Absolutely disgusting staff and service with poor attitudes like these I see why they have such poor reviews. Corporate has been contacted and hopefully handling it. Along with EPD which told me they could NOT do anything about me calling up there it’s a food establishment and that is their JOB to answer phones and tend to customer needs. Read moreGood Evening, just reporting my experience at Hardees on 421 west main street, Easley SC. Shay was absolutely amazing. I can tell she was not properly trained but her heart was dedicated to the store. It was Shay working and another individual who was cooking, Elijah. It was clear Elijah was high as a kite. Elijah couldn't follow basic instructions and couldn't respond to Shay's request for food orders. This caused chaos with only a half dozen patrons with both in-dining and take out. My cheeseburger was burnt and no cheese with an abundance of ketchup and one raw onion. Another reason to confirm Elijah's unusual behavior. Frankly, not the first time this has happened. This store needs to be shut down and reorganized. I have Elijah on video with his behavior, coughing into his glove as he made food, and wiping his nose with his glove and touching food.
