Arrived for a quick stay. Meeting I’m the area. Drove for hours to get here, so was not up to driving somewhere to go eat. Restaurant located at the Hilton Brunswick. Very quiet for a Friday night. Server was attentive and friendly. Plenty of available seating. There was even bar side seating available if you wanted to catch a game on the large screen TVs. Menu is limited. Looks like it changes from time to time. I ordered a César Salad. Finished it before getting a chance to take a photo. It was good. Main entree was the Shrimp Linguini. It had just the right amount of spicy kick I love. No room for dessert, but they did have selections I would ordinarily order. Closed the tab with a to go cub of coffee. Had to loose the lid, as it appears that person who prepared the coffee left their scent on the lid. Coffee was good. Overall, prices are a bit steep for the type of food. Although the food was good, they fees appear as high end. This place is more of a mid range location, and rates on the high end of a restaurant in that rating.

The food is 4 stars as a hotel restaurant. Food was just ok ... some good, some mediocre. I was staying next door at the Residence Inn so this was really the only place that was within a short/medium walk. I went a second time without hesitation. The third night i didnt really want to, but wanted to drive even less. App portions were huge. Calamari was ok. Bbq chicken wings were great, sweet chili wings were not good. Quesadilla was really good (super greasy from all the cheese) Chicken sandwich was really good. Chicken Caesar was good but a bit too much dressing. Creme brule was very disappointing. Had low expectations for a hotel resto ... it beat them, but only by a little.

The food is a miss here. I had a salad and my colleague had an entree. The entree was less than desirable. I’m not really sure what they are doing in the kitchen. I was already weary about eating here. The reviews turned me away. But the traffic was so bad outside I was left to fend here. The only reason why I’m giving this 3 stars because the service was friendly. Well the bartenders are. I’m not sure about the rest of the waitstaff. Hotel managers you need to read the reviews. The food is terrible. You really need to fix it or you are not gonna have any business.

Never seen more errors in my life! Let's see. It was a Monday night, and there were a good number of people there by the time I left. The woman sitting across the room from me waited 10-15 minutes just to get her check. The man in the middle of the room had a salmon dinner. Then a soup, and then another salmon dinner. Not sure what was up with the first dinner, but it's certainly suggestive. The man to my right was waiting so long to even be acknowledged, the man comped him a beer. To my left were two gentlemen on their own. The dinner for the man was first offered to the second man, whose burger finally arrived with the tomato he asked for it to be without. And he was waiting for them the whole time to refill his water. The young group at the elevated table had asked for the condiments on the side, but then they had to ask for those condiments a few times. Also, one of the four people were comp-ed because of some error in her dinner. I myself got the wrong food first. Not at all what I'd asked for. I had two hours to grab a quick dinner and make it to the pool. My quick sandwich took 90 minutes. They don't even expect anyone will do anything but charge it to their room, because no one would ever opt to eat there unless trapped by the parking and being a hotel guest. What a poor representative for a Hilton! Food, once it came, was decent. With so many people in New Brunswick, can't you find competent...

I have been reaching out to discuss the actions of the staff at the hotel. I have not been contacted by anyone. I have mentioned that one the staff had entered my room as we were just getting out the shower and getting dressed with no shirt on. A man and two other staff members whose name I do not know. I only know the man’s name Jose Navarro as I was told by the desk. I was also charged a smoking fee. Which my wife and I did not smoke AT ALL. Per policy if we were smoking we would have been evicted from hotel which was not the case. Our room was inspected and everything was as it should be. Mr Navarro stated “the alarm was sensitive and had been going off for days” his exact words which we had just checked in hours prior not even a full 24hrs at the time.

I am extremely upset at the way my wife and I were targeted and our privacy was violated as we were half naked getting dressed. Then to be accused and charged on top of it...
