AVOID AVOID AVOID! The owner of the business is not to be trusted, extremely rude, and he doesn't know the first thing about safety. The problem started with him personally plugging two blowers for the bouncers into a single outlet unit with extensions. Half an hour later, the extensions started burning (apparently overheated)from drawing too much current from my house. When I called him about it, he blamed it on the house immediately, and said the two extensions should have been in two different outlets. But They are the ones that plugged two extensions together into one outlet! They are supposed to be the professionals that make sure the set up is safe before the kids start playing. But apparently they don't know much about electrical safety. He didn't want to take responsibility for blowing up my circuit breaker, and was extremely rude. They should have used generator to start with, but later brought in a generator AT MY REQUEST. When they came to pick it up, they charged me extra for the generator and deducted the money out of the deposit, when they should have used that since the beginning for safety reasons. The guy is extremely sneaky, low-life, and it's all about making the quick buck. When he was questioned, he got extremely confrontational, and used a few anti-gay remarks and left.

This is not the business to deal with. If you want your kids to play in a safe pleasant environment and avoid fire hazards, STAY AWAY from EZ FUN Bouncers!! You won't regret it.

Pay a little extra and go with a more reputable professional company....

STAY AWAY! I rarely write reviews, but I am compelled to do so. Renter beware! This company does not follow a ethical rule when booking. At 10 am via text I booked them. I was told the day of delivery they will collect the full amount and a deposit of $100. Deposit will be returned after pickup and inspection. Everything seemed fair.... UNTIL ... Leticia calls me at 6pm the same night to tell me that her husband Chris has rented all the bouncers and no bouncer is available to me. So therefore, I can rent the bigger one available and will have to pay more money now. So wait... whose mistake? I know I confirmed. Chris sold all 13x13 bouncers to another customer and none left for me to rent. They decided not to honor me a bouncer, but kept arguing about how no contract was submitted...anyhow.... I have proof in the text that says it all, and NO mention of contract. Annoyed that they do business this way. I will NEVER...

BEWARE BEWARE!!! Many red flags with this vendor! First of all, it was very difficult in getting in contact with someone. I called the number they provided several times and left VM. I got a text back saying they will call me in 30min but almost 2hrs later I got no call. I reached out again and was finally able to talk with someone that said they had bouncy houses available for the day of my event. Then I get another text a bit later stating that they have no more bouncy houses (all 13 bouncy houses were being used on this specific date?..?). NOT a good first interaction with this vendor and customer service...
