Starbucks — Restaurant in New Brunswick

Angel, Kat, Sam, and Isabel always greet me by name and recognize me when I pull up or walk in. All the staff are fantastic, kind and friendly. I am trying to learn everyone's names as they have gotten to know mine. This is the fastest and friendliest starbucks in the Edison/East Brunswick area. They care about getting your order right, and they care about how long it takes- unlike the Rte 18 and Piscataway stores. I actually enjoy seeing this team and they brighten my day. I have a weird order and they always get it right and always have a smile. When you go in the store everyone is always busy and moving quickly, but they still manage to greet everyone that comes in. Other stores in the area aren't like this, people aren't multi tasking and don't pay attention to greet customers walking in. This is the Gold Standard...

Food is great as always, atmosphere was okay, music was a little loud but I was sitting near the speaker so yeah. Now the service oh my god. There was literally one employee who I thought actually cared. She helped me the first time I walked in. I didn't catch her name but she was the darker skinned lady who was about average height. She was lovely. Now the other ones would not stop gossiping and it actually made me and my partner so uncomfortable we left. Not only that they are too busy gossiping to notice me or my partner standing at the counter waiting. I went up to get my partner a bottle of water after she was ignored for about 8 minutes of them talking. Honestly the service was mediocre at best. I absolutely love this location because it's a brand new place it's all brand new inside and it also has an outdoor area as well the only downside is their Wi-Fi is not that strong, which there's NO EXCUSE for as I just said it's a BRAND NEW place, why isn't your Wi-Fi that strong?! People come to coffee shops just to use the Wi-Fi and they're laptops and do work while they drink coffee, if you want your customers to stay here you need to make sure you're Wi-Fi connection is awesome OR I have news for you, there's a MILLION other places that people will go for free Wi-Fi within a mile of here!
