I placed an order for delivery though the Papa John’s app and unfortunately, when the food was delivered it was left outside unattended without any notification. By the time I found it, there were bugs on the food, rendering it completely inedible. This made the meal unappetizing and frankly unsafe to eat.
This is unacceptable, both from a hygiene standpoint and in terms of basic delivery standards. Food should never be left exposed in this manner, especially without informing me that it has arrived. Despite our functioning Ring doorbell camera, which shows no activity during the time of the supposed delivery attempt. Additionally, we were sitting in the living room just steps away from the front door and would have heard any sound or attempt to notify us.
I called the store to speak with a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one available. I spoke with an employee named J, who attempted to help and contacted the delivery driver. However, the driver falsely claimed they rang the bell and received no answer, which is completely untrue and easily disproved by our doorbell footage and a refund cannot be awarded.
This entire situation has been disappointing from the lack of basic delivery courtesy to the dishonesty and absence of managerial support. I would never EVER order from this place of business...

Since opening I have patronized this location 5 times.
My 5th time doing carryout I ordered two xl NY style pizza and cheese bread sticks and cinnamon pull aparts. I spend about $39.00
Since they opened I have spent about $150.00 here and today I asked for plates and 5 parmasan cheese packets and was told by who I assume must be the franchise owner that "I can only give 2 packets"
In which I replied "2 packets for two xl large pizza, seriously"
He said I had to pay for 3 additional packets which I think is honestly TACKY
On the website it offers for you to purchase extra dipping sauce but not parmasan cheese packets which I mentioned to him.
I will gladly take my business else where.
Maybe I should have separated my orders to get 2 packets per order if that's how he wants to be.
Personally I wont be patrionizing this franchise location TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Probably bad enough to start going further to go to a different one in the future. Last one before tonight was overcooked. Food was edible but just barely. This time (tonight) the food wasn’t bad. Cooked well, but was all jacked up when they cut it. Seriously they like crossed the line in a weird spot so they like left a star in the middle and the wait time was ABSURD. I’m convinced they either messed it up the first time around or gave it to someone else. Because I ordered it on the app about 16 min out.
