ALDI — Local services in East Brunswick Township

I personally am not a fan of this place..pretty much anything you buy in there is not a name brand item...just about everything is a generic name item with packaging made to look like name brand stuff...the shelves in this place....well....not structured very well..looks like they placed items where ever they fit even if the items didn't mimick similar items on that shelf...its almost like a pot luck kind of store in my opinion...there is really not a whole lot of variety here..and the shame of it is...the interior is pretty darn large ..with way too much open space...they could have redesigned the interior and fit another long aisle or two to add more product or variety ..the frozen area too is way too wide open..a shame of wasted space that could be filled with a healthy dose of product for the consumer to view and purchase..a fairly new store here that already needs to be updated or redesigned...again my opinion..but as a person who shops often...uts a well...

My first time visiting this store, so I had a lot to learn. Thankfully I always bring my own bags which was good because they do not have plastic bags for you to pack your groceries in also you'll need to remember to bring a quarter for the shopping carts. And to save time they do not let you pack your groceries at the register but they do provide counter space after you've checked out where you can sort and pack your groceries as you see fit. I can appreciate the measures they've taken to keep costs down and subsequently pass the savings onto the consumer. The produce that I bought was very good as well as the bread I even purchased one of their fresh Take and Bake pizzas. It was just okay but it was only $5 so what do you want? The store was very clean and well taken care of and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely...

Today was my first time at Aldi and although it has a huge selection of foods and household items at great prices , I’m very sorry to say that this particular store had very disrespectful staff members, we are seniors and we’re treated in a nasty manner. The first young lady we encountered would not let my husband use a cart that was loose at the entrance of the store , a very sweet customer saw and heard the worker and couldn’t believe it . We did not say anything we went outside and took a cart with the quarter . We shopped had a nice amount of stuff get on line and the cashier tells us go wait over there for the register to open ! What ? WHy ? Again we walked to the empty register and stood there and no one was in sight. I’m so sorry to say I’ll NEVER enter that Aldi again especially the way we were...
