I only have this to say, there is always one lady at night between 9 pm and 11 pm when i get off work and go get something to eat that always gives me a problem. And yesterday at 9:35 pm on december 30th was the last straw. I went to get a simple order nothing big and i pull up to an empty wendys with only one car that had already left the window before i got to it. And no one behind me. I receive my food and with in 30 seconds of me checking the bags to make sure everything is in there. This nasty attitude lady comes back to the window and says is there a problem and i said no im just checking the bags and says i need to move because she has a line of people...... wendys please check at 9:35 pm on the 30th of december there was no one but me in line and there was no one ordering or anything because i have to pull through the back to leave and i saw there was no one there. I have been left with out the fries i ordered or sour cream or even the burger itself so now i check before leaving the window. And its always when she is there that i get an attitude. Her name is maria since i asked for it last night at the window and she said maria. Do something about this because i am the type to call the manager and come in person to continue filing complaints about poor service and i will reach corporate and record her next time to prove her attitude. I am a male karen whem it comes down to my food or service or even just the product i receive. This lady needs retraining or she needs to be bumped down from her high horse. How are you going to tell your customer that you LITERALLY just gave the food to, that they need to leave or move up away from the window. I was there for less than 30 zeconds with no one behind me and with the track record of this lady i wanted to make sure everything was there. There was only one time i was wrong and that was due to her putting the sour cream under the potato i ordered.... who puts the sour cream packets under neath the largw case of piping hot potato. So i apologized and said thank you and left. But any other time i was in the right. She had forgotten my fried and got my order wrong and told me i was wrong so i gave her the bag back with her still at the window and got it corrected. But any other time of the day on my days off or before work i see a young gentlemen some times at night who is very nice and always makes sure to have everything i ordered and makes sure i get the right order. The rest of the staff i see is great. This lady MARIA needs to be spoken to or ill just get proof the next time and pull up with my camera on record to get this taken care of. If this was once or twice i wouldnt care but this is every time i go there and she is working at the window. And im not going to take a drive 15 min away from that location which is already a lengthy drive from my job and house jjst because she is working. So please fix this. For those going here if you see a hispanic lady, short, black hair, and maybe in her thirties... check your bags and make sure everything is good. Other than that the food is great and they usually are on point here my bad rateing is because of her. Thats all. If it wasnt for her ide give it a 4 star...
Read moreIf I could post/give 0 stars I would. Placed an order at 10:30ish pm (they are open till much later) in the app for 1 thing. Get to the drive thru, they say my order isn't there even though my app says it is, the "manager" proceeded to laugh as my wife and I are explaining that the app says it's there, done, and ready to be picked up. She continues to say it wasn't and continues to laugh and giggle with other employees instead of letting us show her what the app says (the order was paid for in the app). Go to the door they have it locked so my wife went to the window, waiting until other customers wouldn't be bothered but the "manager" kept yelling over another customers car while holding their order in her hands (instead of giving them the order and then talking), all she had to do was either give the money back to us or give us the simple order, she proceeded to be nasty with my wife and kept shooing her away with her hands, ended up getting police involved and she (the "manager") proceeded to LIE to the police officer and say the order was at another location and that it happens often, we called all 3 locations in the city she said it was in and NO ONE had a mobile order with our name on it. It's sad that an employee would go to that level over a small simple order. We used to go to this location all the time, now . . ....
Read morejust went there today for lunch and as I went up the intercom to order the women had a nasty attitude from the start. She kept talking over me and cutting me off. I ordered a kids meal and when I tried to say sprite for the drink please she kept yelling WHAT SAUCE? then like every typical fast food person she cut me off and said “IS THAT IT?” And I said no I would like to do an order of cheese fries please. She said “move forward” I said “can I have cheese fries please?” She answered with “yeah move forward” I then continued to say “can I please have extra cheese on the fries” she then ignored me so I pulled forward. I recognized her voice and she said to me “I gave u a card in the bag if u fill out the survey u get a free sandwich” we’ll guess what she never gave me the receipt so I wasn’t able to do it so I’m saying it on here.
