My friends and I are on a girlsss tripppp!!!! We had to stop at Dunkin in hopes of an ice cold pumpkin spice latte to refresh us before the other half of our traffic filled journey. So we put multiple Dunkin’s in our GPS and came to this one VERY HOPEFUL. We pulled over and hopped out to the Dunkin. Firstly the front door was locked, all of the lights on but no one to be seen (supposedly not to close for another hour). So we went around the drive thru only to find a service worker outside beckoning us to the window. We had hope at first and we all ordered our drinks (without the menu). The drinks and donuts took a while due to the singular employee who was working being on a phone call. When getting our food back only 3 out of the 5 items were there, so I asked to reorder a drink. The worker told me no. WHATTTTTTTT!!???? I was throughly perplexed. Then she proceeded to tell me she didn’t know English. While I completely understand this, girl you understood our other menu itemsssss. AND WHY then was she the one and only worker working at this Dunkin? Read moreThis rating is based on attitude, my goodness! We frequent the place, and it seems they have the tendency of getting you out without wasting time. This isn't done in a professional customer satisfactory service manner, but like there are others in line, so get moving. One thing they do forget is your best customer is the one right infront of you, and great customer service makes loyal customers. First they rush you through the ordering process, after they have made you to wait, then might even say they can't hear what you saying. Drive to the window, they say; after the order, you might end up asking for things like napkins, receipt, and so forth, but they feel like once they have given you the main order which might not be the right one, you must get going without questions. They even tell you to your face, others are in line. There was an incident where I did report to Dunkin Corporate, which I don't want to add to this minor ones. Case # 08474435 if you care to know. Read moreAwful experience. First my late was half full and somehow not fully mixed? We ordered several doughnuts and recieved them in BAGS. At the window we asked why we were missing one type and were told they were out and "that's why you weren't charged." Well we didnt receive the receipt and how would we know if we had driven off? No one said they were out. My Boston creams were chocolate sides touching so now I have at least one that is ruined.
