Briellies Gelato & Café sure looks the part — shiny cases, rows of colorful scoops calling your name. Now, the gelato itself? Not bad. Smooth enough, sweet enough, but truth be told, I’ve had richer, creamier elsewhere. The real kick in the shins came from the service. I asked a simple question about health and allergy info, and the gal behind the counter looked at me like I’d just asked her to solve a crossword in Latin. No offer to check, no “let me ask the manager,” just a shrug. So, instead of exploring their fancy flavors, we had to stick to the plain basics. Nothing wrong with that, but when you’ve got all that gelato staring back at you, it feels like being locked out of the candy store. The Coffe and Desserts were very good the place was very clean But I gave 4 because I paid when ordering in cash and We finished our Coffe and Dessert We decided to say Thank you and goodbye to the people who work at the site and unpleasant situation began.The person who charges was telling me to pay and claimed that I had not done so but I told her to look for the order in the system and To remember to pay cash and she gave me back $4.00 in change which I left as a Tip .I recommend asking a printed receipt of payment or have sent to your email when it is cash since We went through an ugly situation in front...

Amazing Gelato and even better customer service! Kay & Ethan were excellent. This is how customers should be treated, this gelato cafe made my day! So many times in my life places have told me they don’t do samples or that I can only have one or two, but here they were so kind and helpful!! I highly recommend stopping here!
