Jimmy John's — Restaurant in East Haven

I worked at this jimmy johns and I would have to say I would not eat from here because that they don't care about customer service or about getting your order right while I worked there if a worker every does something wrong in the slightest even if it's a small mistake the manger her name was a alayna she would always complain about customers,be rude to coworkers,and doesn't care where she is works I had a altercation with this manger she was harassing me and putting me in a toxic work environment and I took it to the owner Nick La'forme and he told me that I was the problem and that the manger he hired did her job when she didn't she would complain and sit in the chair in the back and after i worked there and gave my 100% and tried to be nice to everyone they fired me for reporting the problem in the toxic work environment honestly last things to say is I would never advise anyone to work there or eat there the service that's provides is just sub par and not good at all plus they don't listen to what the customer wants and just puts out what makes them money even thought people don't buy it cause it's not what the...

I was so excited to finally have a jimmy Johns I’ve been to this location twice and just can’t see how anyone could give this sub shop high marks. The meat quality is very low very poor quality, on the upside you get very very little meat. The bread is very narrow slightly larger diameter than a thumb. I paid $20 for less than $3 of meat, cheese, and bread. The meat and cheese are such low quality they have such little taste. I read reviews giving this place high marks but they seem to be from the same person multiple times. All similar names and dated the same. I’m guessing an employee wrote. I was hoping so much for a great sandwich but if you’ve ever been to a real deli and gotten a sub you know the bread should be big enough to accommodate at least 3/4 pounds to a pound of meat and cheese. The vegetables should be fresh flavorful. Jimmy John’s has none of that. The roast beef, the turkey, and the ham all taste the same, the cheeses are very generic with no flavor or distinction...

I was so excited to get a JJ subs, but this place is pathetic. I’ve been to the Orange and now the East Haven locations and as much as I really wanna like their sandwiches I just can’t. The cost is crazy for what you get. It’s literally a couple slices of lowest grade meat on a bread stick to make it look like a full sandwich. I got the Cuban Sandwich which was 2 slices of ham. 2 strips of bacon, a slice of cheese, a pickle slice and about 1/2 gallon of yellow mustard.
