I went to order my food, I ordered my usual and since I use the app I use coupons so I don’t get a meal. I ordered everything separately, but they said “so a meal?” I said that I have a coupon, and there were no issues there. I wanted to get my own soda, but the cashier wouldn’t let me because I was “getting table service.” And was being rude about it. Then I order, and I scan the qr code for my coupon, and I didn’t hear a beep so I asked if it went through, the cashier did not respond, so I tried scanning again, and asked again, they didn’t respond, then I scanned again and heard the beep, then the cashier said in a rude tone, “You only scan it once!” And then I went to go eat, part of the way through eating I went to go use the bathroom. I still had half of my fries and more than half of my soda left, and I get back to my seat from the bathroom and that same cashier is cleaning up my food to try to throw it out. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a McDonalds and I eat McDonalds at least 300 times per year, including twice today. The cashier was Rhiannon or something like that. The employees on the first shift are always pleasant and nice. ,, but the other shifts went down hill. The drive thru is terrible at night. Waiting forever. Orders are wrong. I was charged for another order. I didn’t even realize it till I drove off. Because I used a debit card. I went back. And the rude Spanish girl overnight didn’t even say sorry. She just looked at me and gave me what she overcharged me and walked away. Then last night I stopped there around 1030. A young stocky kid was working the drive thru. Read moreI placed an order thru the drive thru then went to pay. I provided my Debit card only to realize I had forgotten to have the cashier scan my phone for an order discount. I immediately made him aware of it and attempted to have him correct the mistake. I was told it was too late and that I should have my phone ready next time. I asked for a manager since I thought his answer was ridiculous. The manager then adds insult to injury by asking for her food back and giving me a receipt for the money she had returned to my card.
