Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in East Huntingdon Township

The service was absolutely horrible !! Our waitress "Dawn", wad just rude. I asked for 2 unsweetened iced teas, and was responded with "THAT'S ALL WE HAVE"!! No need .... anyway, she was hands down , the worst waitress we've ever experienced. Oh, did I mention this was a evening birthday treat for my husband? He ordered the ribs... There is such a thing as well done and tender, and then there's mush.!! Hey got mush. That's how overcooked the ribs were. Oh and the mac and cheese? That was dry macaroni that happened to catch a few shreds of cheese. And then was left under a warming lamp until nice and DRY! Dawn never once came to check on us. When she did force herself to come by our table, her only statement was, oh, did I only bring you one breadstick? In a sarcastic manner... When Brandon asked for another iced tea, no answer, just 10 minutes later, a glass of tea was hastily placed on the edge of our table, next to his empty glass. Again, no hospitality at all. At some point I just want a container for my salad which was the only decent thing in our meal. I also got a box for the ribs which we offered our dogs once we got home. So of course the manager is summoned. After explaining the ordeal to him, his only answer was the standard I'm sorry, and I guess he took something off of our bill. I couldn't tell you exactly what because I received the bill and then to add to a horrible experience for my husband's birthday , the manager stands next to our table and waits for payment!! This is the second time for bad service and good here. There needs to be a housecleaning of complete staff.! If you can't be kind to customers and at least act like you enjoy your job, you need to go. And then you expect to be tipped?? Sorry, I work in the service industry and I wouldn't have a job I'd I treated my customers in such a manner . And find a chef that can cook properly! Shame on...

I liked it as far as the Food and Drinks, However maybe you can let me know what you think happened here?? So on Friday my husband and i was celebrating our anniversary and of coarse he took several videos through out the day. Our last stop was at Applebee's in Mt .Pleasant Pa. Great dinner and good time. However we left our flip camera there. So the next day i called the manager to report it, she went in looked and found nothing. I called her back to ask if she would look under the table. She then called and left a message either that night or next morning that is was found. So yesterday i go up to get it. I then went to look at the videos going out the door to find all my videos were deleted. Now there is only 2 ways to delete these videos you can either upload them on the computer or manually do it which to do that you have to go into a file to delete them and it would take some time because i had so many videos on there. When i went back i was told the camera was found in our waitress basket by her water bottle. My question is why did she not turn it in to her manager and why was it with her personal stuff and did she or someone else delete the photos and why???? when it was not theirs. The manager said she cant say it was her employees. Well i feel if it was a customer if they went though all that time to delete them they would of took the camera home with them. I lost memories of our anniversary, some of the band blitz and others things. So sad. What do you all think happened??? Please comment!!! I know it was my thought i left the camera behind in all the excitement of the day but still something don't make since here!! All i can say all my beautiful...

What can I say, this place really is the Neighborhood hang out to be at any day of the week. We always come in and look for our favortie bandana wearing ninja of a server. Shawn has taken great care of us in the past, there was this one time where we needed about 5 gallons of Sweet tea after a basketball game, me and the boys are as parched as the sahara desert, and Shawn delivered.

He was Jonny on the spot, I swear he turned into the flash at somepoint durring the night. But tonight we went in looking for him and encountered another Legendady Hero for the Mount Pleasant Applebees, Her name was Chelsea.

Shaw did a great job, but you know what I think Chelesa might be gonna give him a run for his money on the fast and furious service. It's too bad they don't work together like a wrestling tag team does, could you just imagine two power players like that taking care of a few sections.

My only regret about this whole thing is that Shawn wasn't there to see it.... And maybe that one day I can pay in bitcoin because that's a thing you know.
