Long John Silver's — Restaurant in East Huntingdon Township

Their fish is still greasy after I haven't been there in years. It's a bit pricey since I've not eaten there in years. They need to remodel the store. Bathrooms are ok but old. I'm sorry but I probably won't be going back. The workers were polite. Tables were clean considering the last place I was all the tables were dirty. No excuse for the dining room tablels to be dirty, when you have a crowd and you have to have a person who's just there to keep the tables clean. I worked at two fast food restaurants thirty some years ago and there was a person to just keep the tables clean and garbage out. I guess they don't care about the place anymore....

Walk in and head to the bow but no one acknowledges you. So your first instinct? Head starboard to the kiosk, right? WRONG IDEA. The thing is clearly programmed and assembled by a 6 year old.

Dead spots all over the screen? It has that!

Terribly organized menu? You got it!

If you want to do a simple change of quantity from one to two and have it erase the entire order for absolutely no reason? It’ll do that!

But hey, the air conditioning works. So that’s worth 3 stars.

Food’s good too but I’m more about the experience than the full belly. If I wanted to get full, I’d raid my snack cupboard.

Placed order at drivethru. Place not busy, no Drivethru line (7PM). Employee at window in dirty/wet looking clothing- poor representation of cleanliness for a food establishment.

Order placed included 3-pieces chicken item. Receipt indicated a $7.17 charge for item. Upon opening for dinner, container only had 2 chicken pieces.

Ordered add'l Coleslaw when order was placed. Coleslaw was not provided & not listed on receipt.

Order accuracy is especially important for drive-thru customers; having to return to the establishment is not acceptable.
