My daughter and I arrived at 805pm. We waited in line for 13 minutes as the first customer at the register. They took 1 order at a time, by the time we ordered, they continued to fill drive throughs orders while our food just sat there. We watched them complain about everything being empty, they told one employee "if you dont leave now your never getting out." The manager who was taking the orders was kind and trying to fill drive thru orders while the rest paced aimlessly instead of filling things or trying to bag food. After 830 they finally bagged our food and I had asked and paid for extra sauces 5 bbq 2 hot mustard a sweet and sour and a ranch due to sharing our 30 nuggets between 4 people. I heard the manager tell the older woman she needed 5 bbq in this bag she handed to her, and she told her to give the order to us standing at the counter. The woman walked over and brought our bag and when I glanved inside I seen 3 sauces and had asked if she had forgot a few. She told me she put them in the bag they were in the other bag with the big Mac meal. So I trusted her and left to find the woman had only put 2 bbq in the bag and there was only 1 sweet and sour in the happy meal box. So as it seems to always happen, we paid for extra sauces and recieved less then half of what request like everytime we go there. And 20 nuggets in the trash because no one wanted to eat them without the sauces they wanted and because they were cold and hard which I'm sure was from sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes before placed in a bag and given to us. Its a vicious cycle where the kids want mc donalds but the only time they get it is every 6 to 8 months I say we will try again and its always the same result with the kids having fits because 1 of them got the sauce they wanted and the others got none and I can't get my kids to touch them without the sauces. Maybe put in registers that we can place our orders in and eliminate the waiting on 1 person at a time while 10 to 20 orders are being placed through drive through in between each order and it would cut bacon on the wait times. Maybe add like gum ball machines but with sauce packets 50 cents a sauce pack and you actually get the packs yourself! Then its not a waste of 30 dollars I could have ripped up and thrown in the trash made pbjs and had less fighting and less wasted food before bed on a...
Read moreStopping here was the biggest mistake. This was the first time in a long time I was able to go to lunch with a good friend of mine.q The trash in the lobby was over flowing everywhere. None of the tables had been cleaned off at all. While I stood in line I saw 3 supervisors working and they had a full staff. I asked for a Dr. Pepper to drink, and I was told that they were out of it for the time being. (They were too busy to change it, was what another employee told me as I was putting straws out in there lobby for them. Another thing they were too busy for, I guess.) I asked for a hamburger and fries. I waited about 15 minutes for my food. When I got my food I sat down and put my arm in syrup from breakfast time. Cleaned my arm and wiped my own table down. I thought the worst was over. Opened my sandwhich and picked my sandwhich up to find it dripping with grease. On the inside of the wrapping of the sandwhich you could see a black outline of someone's hand in grease. I was so upset, my friend took it to the counter. I watched her wait in line, tell them, and then she moved to the side. (When she set the hamburger on the counter my friend said there was a pile of grease under it. The employee had to get cleaner and wipe down her counter before she could wait on another customer.) While she was standing there waiting for a new hamburger, I'm watching the people that ordered full meals after her getting their food and sitting down. Finally she asked to see a supervisor. I have been watching the time because it was getting close to when we had to leave. 17 minutes later she finally came back with my sandwich. Her fries and her sandwich are now ice cold. The first bite of my hamburger, had absolutely no taste what so ever. So I took another bite, and my friend saw the look on my face and asked what was wrong. On the third bite we had to leave because it was making me sick. What a nice reunion we had! We haven't been able to get together for lunch in over a year and after the experience we had, we both agreed to NEVER go back to that restaurant. What a shame. A very poor lack of the placement of their employees. They were staffed properly, with three managers working. This should have...
Read moreI’ve lived in this area for almost 40 years and this McDonald’s has always been there. Service used to be on point and consistently fast, never had to wait longer than 5-8mins to go through the drive thru and get our food. In recent years (the past 4-5yrs) if you go there for lunch/dinner there is always a crazy line that moves very slow, and 85% of the time they force you to pull into the curbside spots to wait for your food even if it’s only a small order. It’s ridiculous, then you sit there in the curbside spot for a minimum of 10 mins and usually longer waiting for your food after sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins just to get through and order. This new method or “scheme” to make their drive through serve time numbers look better on paper is a bunch of BS. And it’s like they don’t care after you swipe that debit card, they got their money, they don’t care how long you have to wait after that. And half the time they mess up your order or the food seems like it has been sitting. I had my final straw with that place today after it taking 20mins just for a happy meal and a double cheeseburger, I will not be returning to...
