Absolutely amazing experience. We came in looking for something sweet, 20 minutes before closing, and were greeted by the friendliest gentleman. Any other place would have rolled their eyes at us for the inconvenience, but not here! It was our first time in and the gentleman took the time to explain the entire breakdown of the menu. He explained how flexible they are with the options (which I absolutely love). We purchased two smoothies. I'm not kidding when I say they were the best smoothies we've had in the past year! The gentleman also took the time to ensure that they were to our liking and genuinely wanted to know our thoughts. What an absolutely incredible experience! The owner is unbelievably kind and friendly, making the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. This place is charming, spotless, and so inviting. I was blown away! The ice cream? Pure joy! It’s perfectly balanced — not too sweet, and you can genuinely taste the real flavors, not just sugar. I went to The Sweet Spot on Saturday night for the first time. I had a horrible day and wanted to drown my sorrows in ice cream. I was having a hard time concentrating on making my order and the two girls that were working were just so sweet and patient. I wish I got their names but I hope their manager sees this and figures out who was working. Sometimes when you're having a bad day, one (or two) people being kind to you makes a huge difference.
