I have gone here quite a bit and feel like I’ve had both positive and not so positive experiences, so I’m giving 3 stars.

Location: The store is very clean and has a nice atmosphere.

Prices/Serving Size: The ice cream only prices are really good , but what you get for the price varies on who serves you. The single scoop is sometimes tiny and other times it’s as expected. Not consistent though.

Customer Service: A few months ago we went and my daughter had hair in her ice cream. My husband took her back to exchange because EWWW and the workers looked very confused about what to do. Recently I ordered Gold Medal Ribbon, which is typically my go to, but on this occasion it honestly tasted like one glob of caramel. I mean I like caramel, but I can’t eat a cup full of it with a few bites of ice cream here and there. I went to trade it out since it didn’t taste like it normally does and the girls working all just stood there like they didn’t know what to do. I finally asked to swap it out and she still looked lost. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before for many years, please teach your employees how to comp something out when the customer is not satisfied or there is an issue, it’s just ice cream. I would’ve taken a refund too, point was that I was not satisfied with my purchase and if that’s the case your employees should be trained with how to handle that situation without playing the “I’m confused and helpless” Card.

Ice Cream Cakes: The ice cream cakes are good, we’ve gotten them for quite a few birthdays last minute and they’ve all been good!

Sundaes: The brownie sundae is good, but pricey!

Went to pick up ice cream with my kid while the girl started my order. i got 2 of my 3 items so i had to wait in the drive thru for an hour. which held up the drive thru! by the time i received my order my 2 items were melted that i had already received which is super inconvenient. I handed the 2 items to a different girl and asked if i could just get a refund because it’s been over an hour at this point and i still had not received my last item. someone else came to the window and was super snotty saying her manager said i can come back monday for a refund which wasn’t going to work because if i can’t receive my order and i just payed cash for it and leave with nothing makes zero sense. so we both agreed just to remake the order which took another 30-40 minutes that i had to sit in the drive thru!!!!! so i pulled out of the drive thru into the parking lot and went inside so the people behind me could leave, when i went inside i found out it hadn’t even been started. the amount of time that i spent in that drive thru and dealing with the girls attitudes was ridiculous, only to get everything that i ordered completely melted. I received my last item and then i went outside to get in my car and leave but then 2 cop cars pull up. these girls tried to say i was refusing to leave and called the cops on me!!!!! My ice cream was delicious and I’ve always loved eating here but I would not recommended eating here if you have any food allergies that are in any other ice cream that they serve. I found out not too long ago that I was lactose intolerant and I was exited to see that they had dairy-free ice cream.. I did not know until after I gotten sick that all their ice cream is not recommended for people with milk allergies because there could be cross contamination.
