Burger King — Restaurant in East Lansing

I honestly don't know why I came here again. This location used to be pretty good but not anymore. Ordered through their app for drive thru pickup. Went to the drive thru and was told I had to come inside for mobile orders. Was given no reason as to why other than "i don't know, I was told by my manager that online orders need to come inside". Fine. Whatever. So I go inside and I'm not greeted by anyone until an associate came out from the back to ask if I've been helped yet. Then the associate who ignored me turns to him to tell him I'm the online order. Thats it. Not status, no apology, nothing. So I'm waiting in the lobby for almost 20 minutes as I watch car after car come through the drive thru and get their orders. But don't worry, that gave me time hear them complain about a drive thru order for 10 cheeseburgers. Really makes you wonder what they say about you when you place your order through the drive thru. So when they finally got around to assembling my order, one of the workers asked me if I order applesauce for my daughter's kids meal, I reply "yes." Her response? "Yeah we don't have that." Awesome. By this point I just want to get the hell out of there. I ask the lady completing my order if everything was there, she tells me yes. SPOILER ALERT: it wasn't. Finally get home and the double cheeseburger I ordered magically turned into a single cheeseburger. The jalapeño bites I ordered either disappeared into the ether on the way home or they never made it into the bag. NEVER going back to this location again. Seriously, if you're thinking about going here, just take out a 5 dollar bill and set it on fire and save yourself the disappointment and frustration. Was just there for lunch, and it wasnt even that busy, two cars ahead of me two cars behind, I ordered the 2 for $6, a spicey chicken sanwhich, and a grilled chicken sandwich. I asked if it could be a combo and to clerk spoke way to fast to hear, so I assumed she said no, I ordered a Sprite and a small fry. She gave me my total but did not repeat my order to me. I get up to the window and I'm handed just two sandwiches, and I had to ask for my drink, then after checking my bag, the fries were missing, supposedly they hadn't rung it up so I asked to add fries on the order. Not only did I not get a recipt to check my total, she said and I quote " Nuh-UH, we don take orders at the window." So I was basically told for someone's mistake, that i couldnt order my fries even though I already ordered them. A little disgruntled but not upset I drove off and thankfully the spicy chicken sanwhoch was on point, that's why this place doesnt get zero stars. I Get to my grilled sandwich and its SOAKED in sauce, I peel the bun off and there TWO pieces of lettuce on it. I then try my sprite AND ITS JUST CO2! there was barely any if at all syrup in it. VERY unhappy with my lunch from here, wouldnt recommend this place based off this. It was a simple order, there is no reason why almost my entire order needed...

We walked in and after a few minutes, the cashier said she would be right with us. She then proceeded to wait for a drive-through order to be completed by the cook. She had plenty of time to take our order in the meantime, but she didn’t. After a few more minutes, she then came up to us again and said that she would be right with us. She then went back to the drive-through window and started a brand new drive-through order. She had plenty of time to take our order while she was waiting for that first one to be done. After she started taking the second drive-through order, we lost it and left. This person obviously doesn’t have basic entry level skills. Now tonight, my friend said he went through the drive-through at that same Burger King and got a burger and said it was gross and he threw it out, so this is a Burger King I would avoid it all costs.
