Starbucks — Restaurant in East Lansing

OK, so I come here on a regular basis (usually I stop at the other lake Lansing one though), most of the employees are great. Today... eh. I told the girl at the counter I wanted a 24 oz, venti, iced cherry chai latte with one pump mocha, and one pump brown sugar with oat milk. Very simple. she brought out a Grande cup and I said "I said a venti right?" and I swear on everything I love, this girl tried to gaslight me into thinking that the Grande was a venti. Also, she was speaking so low I could not hear her and just felt like she had an attitude. I let it go because I had to be to work soon anyway and was not about to be late for work cause she didn't know what a venti was. I sucked it up and drank it because I was already irritated. My coworker stopped shortly after me and ordered the SAME EXACT DRINK and they gave her an iced coffee and the cherry chai but the cherry chai was wrong. They asked if she wanted it remade and she said yes, and they remade it into a damn iced coffee..... huh??? she said screw it and went to the other Starbucks on lake Lansing and they made it properly. I should've stuck to what I know and that's the other...

I’ve been here several times over the last year and it has always, always been a disappointment. If you even catch them open during their posted regular business hours (they close early most days that I ever stop in during the evening or even early in the morning sometimes), the drinks are not Starbucks quality they lack in flavor and the baristas often forget basic ingredients. Recently, about a month ago, the barista forgot whipped cream and chocolate sauce on a mocha frappuccino and then seemed surprised when I asked for whipped cream and he still didn’t put chocolate sauce on top, and it still wasn’t good. I also got a bacon, gouda, egg sandwich in that order and it was ice cold in the middle. The guy said he couldn’t refund me like I requested and only gave me a cake pop, which is obviously less in value. This is easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and it’s sad that they even allow this location to operate as a franchisee, the quality will likely let you down and that’s even if they’re open when they say they’re...

Wow. i’m just in disbelief went in for my groceries then saw the starbucks so i went to get a quick drink. As a starbucks lover i get starbucks almost everyday. Usually the customer service is always on spot and i’m always leaving great reviews. His name was meiner i believe I tried looking at his name tag as i was leaving so it might be spelt wrong. I went up to the cashier to order the two workers were in the back so i waited about 30 seconds which was no problem but when he came up he just stood there staring at me.. didn’t say hi what can i get for you or in any mean something to greet me with so i just went a head with my order.
