Juan's Rotisserie Pollo — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

First time shopping for a party pack. Everything went great. A lady by the name of Angelica received my phone order at ten in the morning. I asked if I can pick up same day at four in the afternoon. They advised me that I could.

Four o'clock came around I called and asked if our order was ready. They advised that it was. I headed over to the restaurant and they have street parking and parking to the rear of them. I was able to find parking in the street and parked right in front.

I was greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Ruby. Brown tone skin with glasses. Attractive smile as well. She was warm, caring, and acknowledge as soon as I was next. I greeted her and she maintained eye contact. I felt comfortable that I was with a responsible young lady. Sadly becoming very rare with today's youth.

I paid my transaction half cash and the rest with a bank card. Very convenient! When the order was ready Ruby carried the container of chicken to my car. Believe me when I tell you...I felt very weird having her carry the heavy container. Very ungentlemanly like for me. She reassured me it was policy. Still didn't feel convinced.

I use to eat at this place which was previously Juan Pollo. That was part of that chain all over So Cal which has delicious food andvreDpnable prices.

Im not sure when the name/owner changed but I would guess sometime in the last two years.

Anyway, I loved the previous establishment. The new place, Juans Rotissorie Chicken, not so much.

For starters, the prices have increased quite a bit. A breakfast bowl and a drink was over $11.00, :(. That's pretty spendy for cheese, chicken pieces, beans, rice and potatoes (i. e. french fries). The bowl was good and filling, but it cost way too much.

One thing that is noticable is the lack of people inside. The place use to be jam-packed, but now a days, there's hardly anyone inside.

I still like the food, but they've gotta drip the prices to a more reasonable level.

To it's credit, service has slways been top notch and the place is always clean. The salsas are fantastic! Hopefully they can make some adjustments on the prices and im sure that business will pick up. Ill definitely eat there much more. The only thing they have to fix...

Well dnt think we'll be visiting that place again!!! Rude guy at register & Easter Sunday was just hrs away!!@@@!! He nd to be fired. A nice guy came up to help and this guy was busy with another customer sticks his fat ugly face over and says o u want to buy that bread pudding?? ABSOLUTELY I replied... chase the nice guy AWAY!! Salsa bar was dirty.. empty containers I had to ask for Chile jalapenos and carrots not a big deal but my clothes got dirty also floor was wet almost slip maybe someone was a lil tipsy and spilled something?? Deffinantly will not go back to that place. So sad to visit a place where I grew up and this type of a person an adult!!! Had no respect for ELDERS wounder what he wud do if someone was that RUDE TO HIS MOTHER??@@?? DO YR SELF A FAVOR AND VISIT ANOTHER NOT THIS 1, THANK GOD MAMA 82, CANT HEAR WELL😁 HAVE A BLESSED DAY...
