The Manager from this Location Pepe deserves an award! He went above and beyond with his customer service for my son. My son was in the er and wasnât feeling well, all he wanted was McDonaldâs when we left. So I stopped by this location but it happened that a customer made a huge order on Chicken nuggets. We waited in the drive through for about 40 minutes, and my son broke out with another allergic reaction was red and itchy all over. I extremely frustrated, cars in line frustrated as well honking. After we finally got our order I complained and left. We got home and my son opened his sausage McMuffin and it was burned on one side. I was just overwhelmed and upset. My son and I had a rough day and it was a day where it all went wrong and his happiness at the moment was to simply have that McMuffin and I just said enough! I called and complained to Manager Pepe he apologized and ask to please allow him to make it up to my son. He said he understood and felt horrible, that they were as well having a rough day as they were short staffed. I then realized and felt bad because we all make mistakes and we all have our bad days. He asked for address and delivered to my son his food and brought him extra treats. Apologized once again and said hope he felt better. I couldnât believe it. He made my sons day and mine.    Read moreI came into this location to have my autistic kid use the restroom because he couldnât hold it. The team lead or cashier, I asked if my son can use the restroom because he couldnât hold it in a polite manner. The lady then told me that someone was in the restroom since she just open it for someone. One restroom said vacant and the other was occupied. I proceeded to wait about 10 mins and I knocked on the door just to double check on the restroom that said vacant. I then went to the front to ask for her to check again but she ignored me. After another 5 mins passed the restroom that was occupied became available so we were able to go in while we were in the restroom. The lady that claimed that the restroom was âoccupiedâ while the whole time it was vacant. She opens the restroom for someone else. While the whole time if she couldâve just made the courtesy to check if the restroom was indeed occupied then I wouldâve understood on waiting but the fact of matter is that she didnât check even after I told her it was vacant. If I had the option to put zero on service rating I would. In an industry were your biggest priority is to deliver great customer service, this very moment customer service was horrendous.    Read moreThe problem with this McDonald's is management I tried to talk to management and they dont seem to care about my concerns!! I came today Tuesday 9-16th I arrived at 945pm the dining lobby was already closed even though they have a sign that the lobby closes at 10pm. I tried to get the attention of the manager she just pointed at the drive thru. Which of course the drive thru had 6 cars wait. I decided to just leave. Another problem I always encounter here earlier in the day is they constantly close the first window to charge on the 2nd window in drive thru. Its more sanitary if the 1st window touches all the cash, and the 2nd window only handles the food. Again I tried to talk to the manager. She was very rude, and said " im not going to keep both windows open if its not busy. That response to me is that she could careless of what i think. I told her if hes going to be handling money.
