So I went in long ago. It was a sunny day with a few clouds lounging around the oceanic sky. I had to get a smog check and had time to spare. OH, WHAT SHALL I DO? What... What is that I see in the distance but a STARBUCKS NOT 200 FEET FROM ME! I crawled in flavorful anticipation as my actual feet carried my dramatisizing and word inventing self there. I stared at the menu like virgin eyes to pg13 movie breast and with the same passionate wonder aswell. What shall I do? I asked a nobleman of the brewery for assistance. HE SLAPPED ME!!!
With coffee knowledge. See, I am very finicky and ocd on top of my social anxieties. But this was no simple nobleman. Nay. For it was CHRIS! This KNIGHT OF THE GROUND TABLE heard my pleas and slayed my taste buds. I asked him for a blended iced coffee that had a kick with a sweet overlay. The flavor eludes me. But Chris recommended I go Affogato. And I did. I wanted to smack Chris' backside like a football player congratulating a fellow teammate. He, to me, knows his coffee. I highly recommend you try giving him what you want your beverage to taste like and he'll probably be able to give hot steaming live birth to it into a cup for your mouth. Mmm, yummy. Read moreI've been stopping by this Starbucks every morning, and evening for the past 4 years. I usually order ahead trough my app and for the most part my order is on point all the time. But with that said this past 4 times it has been a disappointing experience. Keep in mind it has been consecutively that I have gotten the wrong order or my drinks have not been done correctly. Now I am not one to ever complaint for the most part, I am very understanding and believe we all make mistakes. But this morning I called Starbucks after getting the wrong drink yet again. I was hoping to share some insight as to what has been happening. I wasn't looking to get anything free, except to let them know they have been making many mistakes lately. Hopping to help them get their game back on point I placed the call it was approximately 8:25 a.m. on 9/18/17. Unfortunately for me I happen to get a very rude kid named DAVID on the phone. Half way into my explanation for the call he very rudely tells me they are busy and basically hangs up the phone at me. Needless to say they just lost a very loyal customer....
Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks location. I try not to come to this one, but it’s the closest to me. If it’s up to me I drive to a further better one. Today someone went to get the family drinks, and they prepared 1 wrong and the other was a strawberry frapp but looked brown in spots and tasted like coffee flavor. They clearly didn’t clean the previous container they made the drink in or something like that. They had to drive back to get the correct drinks and when they got there the heavy set girl told them it had been an hour since they ordered the drinks. It had not been an hour, but what does that have to do with them preparing the wrong drinks. The drinks had not been drunk except tasting the strawberry one that tasted like coffee. And since they made the errors she shouldn’t have an attitude. Then they still gave an incorrect drink the second time. Took 3 try’s to get the correct drinks and when it arrived it still did not taste like a cinnamon dolce latte. Tasted like a regular latte. They need to retrain these people on their job and the customer service...
