Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

This is not the first time I get horrible customer service here. The first time I asked the guy for a frito burrito and quickly asked if that was the hot cheetos one, he said no (he had an attitude problem while telling me no) it was the regular one and charged my card I told him well I wanted the hot cheetos one but it's ok since he had already charged it. I wasn't going to flip out over it so I left it alone. Well I go in today and I'm seeing what I want to order while my bf is doing the same. so after a few min we are ready and are waiting for someone to attend us(there was like 5 employees there,2 of them were close to us ) but no one came to take our order. One of the guys was cleaning the trays and just gave us a blank stare like if he was high and couldn't comprehend what was happening so me and my bf are just looking around to see if anyone else is going to take our order but no one comes up, so we just decided to leave since I guess no one wanted to take the order. The manager should have stepped in and told someone to take our order since she was there and saw us but I guess it wasn't a big deal to her. I personally feel like they don't care about their customers since I've seen some employees in the pass be rude to other customers too. I definitely won't be...

Went there as a quick food stop on a road trip for drove thru. The person who took our order was great, gave plenty of tissues and taco bell sauces and was sweet. The place around it was hella gloomy. Food 3/10. Ordered the volcano chicken taco, 2 chicken $5 crispy cravings boxes and 1 chicken grilled cheese burrito. The two boxes - the cinnamon twists taste like crispy oil bits like straight up grease, flipped my stomach inside out. The two tacos shell was okay taste like fried in oil and, all ingredients including grilled chicken either taste cdnned or like they were left out for days. Chalupa was just bland and tasted same as the above mentioned tacos. Volcano taco is just a red dyed taco shell not a dorito taco, with cheese tomato lettuce grilled chicken Andover flowing amound of paprika nacho cheese which honestly as a whole just tasted like blsnd and dried dpicy batter nuts, and kinda hard to eat with...

During my visit I was served by an attentive crew. The cruch wrap supreme meal that I ordered was made very well. The food wasn't just thrown together and rung out. One of the employees even took the time to assist an older gentlemen struggling to come through the door. The interior doesn't look half bad either, it was clean and organized. However, being located directly on Whittier Blvd this Taco Bell is a magnet for homeless people and occasional weirdos. During my hour in the restaurant about 3 different homeless woman dropped in, some hanging out outside the restaurant. The staff however, was professional addressing those people. It isnt the restaurants fault, but it does spoil your eating experience a tad bit.
