Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon mcdouble just plain. After checking it and seeing onion on it I went back through to have it corrected. The manager came over, took the sandwich and looked at it and then insisted it was plain with an attitude. I said no, there are onions on it. They had me pull up and wait so there line could keep moving. 5 minutes later it was brought out and the girl who brought it had a snide comment. Then I checked it and saw that there was only one hamburger patty on it. So again I went through and I asked for a refund. The manager would not come over to the window but was relaying to a worker that it would take just as long to make another sandwich as receive a refund. I said no, I want my money back. They kept insisting and I said no, again. I said how will it take just as long to open a cash register and take $2 and change out, forgetting that a bacon mcdouble is $3.79. Then I was asked to pull forward and I refused after being so poorly treated and having ng had so much time wasted. Obviously they know that a bacon mcdouble is $3.79 but the manager sends $2 over for a refund being vindictive. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this...

(EDIT) MOST of the morning staff is very friendly. One of the morning managers (Janet I believe her name was) told me at the drive thru box to just pull up to the the second window. No greeting or anything. When I pulled up, she said nothing but an order total that I DID NOT EVEN PLACE. When I told her what just happened she became angry at me and told me to drive around to the box again and do it once again. I recieved no apology or anything of the sort.
Even after the second time, she had to repeat my order a few times, which I believe was deliberately supposed to be condescending. I ordered a large caramel latté and some sausage mcmuffins, and when I finally got them, I did not even think to check my drink. When I got home, I was even more angry to find a large, black coffee instead. A lot of the staff is good, but beware of this awfully rude and incompetent manager. Read moreI arrive and ask for a decaf ice coffee. The guy instantly says we don't have that. I'm confused because if you have ice and you have decaf coffee you have decaf ice coffee but he wouldn't. I say since when do you not have ice and decaf coffee. Just says we don't have that for you. Wouldn't even try or ask someone to fill a cup with ice n put the hot coffee over it. Now that would be awesome customer service. Came in today. After Covid. Place is revamped and was clean inside. Food was the same but what honestly can you say about fast food. Like the McDonald's app. Get free stuff. The only thing that was bothersome was some customer was blasting his music at a booth and wasn't considerate of his surroundings..but other than that well is was ok New thing is with the app coupons.
