Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Manchester Township

EDITED REVIEW 4 years later (original review below this one): this location is still horrible. They always mess up my order every time and it’s usually the flavor that they forget to add. I don’t even order highly customized drinks. Caramel macchiato without the caramel. Caramel flavored latte without the caramel. I hand it back every time and they usually disappear for a few seconds then hand the same drink back to me with a few pumps of syrup added and then the drink tastes awful because it wasn’t made right to begin with. Not to mention they are always out of donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts out of donuts, imagine that. This location needs new management asap.

When they get the order right, the coffee is great. But I went there Sunday afternoon and they had a sign on the speaker that said they were out of 4 flavors. 4 FLAVORS. You’re losing customers over this. I understand they have kids working here but at least hold them to the standard of saying your basic lines, “have a good one” or anything at all besides just taking my money and handing me my drink, with the flavor I don’t like because you’re out of my favorite plus my backup and then my backup to the backup flavor! Although when I asked what’s going on with them always being out of something, one of their employees did tell me it’s the store managers fault because she doesn’t do the inventory. If I could give no stars I would! Very disappointed, horrible customer service. 3 cars in front of me and I waited 25 minutes for my iced coffee. When I got up to the drive thru there was a girl making sandwiches completely ignoring my existence while FACETIMING some guys on her phone rather then doing her job. I looked over and could see my iced coffee sitting right there along with 4 others and some other lady continuing to make drinks rather then handing out the ones sitting there, I continued to wait another 5 minutes at the window before anyone handed me my drink. Then after waiting 25 minutes they gave me my drink which had no cream in and tasted horribly bitter. I called the phone on the web to complain, nobody picked up and the mailbox is full, imagine that probably from dozens of other people complaining about the same. Why is it other Dunkins in the area can have 15 cars wrapped around the building and you can be out in 10 minutes or less and here you wait 25 minutes with 3 cars in front of you. I gave myself plenty of time to get a coffee and ended up being 10 minutes late to work, do yourselves a favor and dont waste your time here. I understand that they are super fast paced and it’s busy since there the only Dunkin’ Donuts in Manchester … I tried calling to make my order easier on them since I was ordering a box of joe an a dozen bagels but no one answered the phone. So when I came in to the store not the drive thru let me make that clear!! Then when I placed the order the customer service was horrible I got an attitude instantly from the woman who must of been the manager who was working in drive thru and the young kid working behind the counter didn’t know what to do so when I asked them to slice the bagels they didn’t know what to do for anything I asked I could hear the manager screaming in the back she asked to slice the bagels… you are a bagel and coffee shop it is breakfast time so I’m not sorry for paying 40.00 and asking you to do your job it’s what you get paid for right ?
